The whole experinece with Sana Dentistry was outstanding. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, they made the whole procedure go very smoothly. They make patients feel welcome and appreciated. I also had an amazing treatment by Yalda, and an examination by Dr. Rasha. They were both fantastic, competent and very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic and I will definetly be back. Thanks to the whole team for being so nice and professional.

Friendly reception, knowledgeable practitioners and the highest level of professionalism. It's almost an enjoyable experience. At least as much as going to the dentist can be... Had my teeth cleaned by Yalda. She is amazing, she is meticulous, thorough and gentle. She makes you feel like you are her most important patient and you get the feeling she is like that with all of her patients. Everyone else is wonderful. Great team

Had a great experience with the dental hygienist Serena! She was exceptionally thorough, professional, kind and made me feel very comfortable! Best hygienist there for sure! the receptionist was also nice, responsive and friendly!

Unethical, unprofessional and a money pit. I will be making a complaint to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). I came in for a free consultation for orthodontics. They have a promotion for braces under $4k. My quote was for $6,800 not including extractions. It's more complicated. Ok. I paid $500 for the initial ortho consult with included taking molds of my teeth. I did an exam and teeth cleaning. They said the regular price is $500 (!!), but they have a promotion for $250. Ok. They say I have 3 cavities. I came in for an appointment to fill the cavities. They put the goggles and bib on me and leaving me waiting. After 40 minutes (yes, 40 minutes), I ask reception how much longer will it be since I have a newborn waiting for me at home. The dental hygienist comes in and tell me they were having a meeting. Unbelievable. They proceed to inject my gums with no communication with me. The dentist and hygienist are having conversations ontop of me which was very uncomfortable. The dentist says there is one more cavity and fills it without my consent. That's an additional $314 I wasn't expecting to pay that day. Then they tell me they are all done. I still have 2 more cavities to get filled. No communication when booking the initial appointment that they plan to fill each one at different appointments for some reason. I spent more than an hour there. After this unprofessional experience I figure I should get a second opinion for my braces. I ask them to give me my xrays and molds. They tell me they won't give me my molds because they own them. I ask the receptionist if they expect me to get another set of molds done for a second opinion and she tells me yes. I told her I'm not doing that. She tells me they will get back to me. Never did. According to the RSDO, I am legally entitled to my medical records including duplicate study molds. I will be making a complaint that they are denying me access, and filled a cavity without my consent. Avoid this place.

Clean space,friendly staff! The doctor explains the treatment really well!Ms.Dawood at reception is a happy face always! My kids are very comfortable when they visit their dentist!Hygienist Serena is the best I have known..my kids don't dread going for a cleaning appointment! All thanks to Serena. Thank you for the best experience Everytime! Would highly recommend this clinic!

Best place to get your regular check ups, this dental clinic has the best customer service all way from the front receptionists to the doctors! also the hygienist she is very gentle and professional! Thank you guys for making my visits super nice ones :)

Had a lovely experience at sana dentistry. Went in for a dental cleaning and had a very good experience with the hygienist Serena. She took her time to explain the treatment with clarity and gave great instructions to care for my dental hygiene following the treatment. She was very thorough in treatment and is one of the best hygienists I have been to in the GTA. Will definitely book my next appointment at the clinic for such a comfortable dental hygiene session.
