I contacted the company to help me with a problem with one of their products. I was ask to gave them information and pictures of the problem with the product. I did like they asked, but they never returned a message, despite several requests for follow-ups. No respect, no professionalism ...! I have regularly bought Clarks products in the past and I never had big problem with them. Due to this lack of service and consideration for their clients, I will never buy Clarks products again, same thing for my spouse.

I bought a pair of Clark’s shoes, wore them for six months and the sole completely delaminated. Here is what head office customer service said
“We do not offer a warranty or product replacement that protects against wear and tear.”
In my experience the shoes are of poor quality and the customer service is equally disappointing.
Not worth the investment!
