β β β β β The location I went to was very helpful they were polight. I bought a costume for my 2 year old her favorite show the sales attendant was very helpful. I also needed a costume for my 9 year old they were sold our of her size... they put it on hold for me at another store. I tried to contact them and this is the part THAT SUCKS u can't get a hold of anyone. They have an answering message that directs u to their live chat and email... APPARENTLY U CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE the Etobicoe store has yet to contact me. & the prices are expensive for a costume they are wearing once. You would think that they would lower the price in view of the fact that we are in a recession. They need to update their website and have a better method of contacting people. I suggest you go there if you are desperate.

β β β β β Went to 4 stores and didn't find a single michael myers mask ?, but in general spirit Halloween is awesome, it has a variety of costumes, masks, decorations, etc.

β β β β β Hello! The experience was very nice. It was my first time ever going. Alot of people said that it was overpriced but for me i dont really think so. I think we payed 120-ish dollars...? Ik that is quite a bit of money but I bought a trick or treating basket, vampire teeth, a wig, press on nails, and a VERY pretty VERY good quality costume. I personally think it was a reasonable price. Thankyou!

β β β β β Amazing location, they have a really good collection. You can find almost anything youβre looking for. If you canβt even find the outfit youβve imagined, youβll find most of the pieces to make your DIY outfits.
They are super helpful, would try their best to find you anything you want. We bothered them so much, but they helped us to the end. Frank specially was really amazing!
