VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!! December 2021 I have booked a Lipiflow treatment at Mississauga Vision Center through their website. The receptionist called me quickly and asked me about my situation. I told her about my watery eyes issue and she gave me an appointment. When I have arrived at the center, I filled up a form to describe my watery eye situation. Doctor greeted me at the reception and took me to one room. While I explained to the doctor what is my problem and required a treatment for my watery eye, she recommended an eye exam (prescription glasses) to me which was not required at all, and I told her I just need treatment for my watery eye but she didn't listen to me and keep doing the eye exam without my acknowledgement and charged me $125. She advised me that I have two options after the eye exam. 1. Make a massage to my eyes 2. Find an eye specialist to cure my watery eyes issue. SHE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY CURE/TREATMENT TO MY PROBLEM AT THE END. They don't care what the patient needs and just want your hard earned money. I was totally dissatisfied and would not recommend this place to anybody. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. ZERO STAR. January 2022 Thank you for your responding. Dr. Sud you are a professional doctor. But that day I met a non-professional doctor instead of you. She doesn't understand the problem of the Watery eyes. She just wants the patient's ophthalmology test as a visual test (prescription glasses). I just need to treat my Watery eye problem. However, she said she can check the pupil dilation test. Her professional knowledge is really disappointed! She doesn't care what the patient needs. I feel frustrated and stressed about her problems. Since I have suffered unnecessary suffering. The watery eyes problem still caused me pain. By the way, my complaint letter sent to her through the College of Optometrist.

My son broke his glasses and he didn't have a spare that fit his prescription. Mirna went above and beyond, providing exemplary customer service and working diligently to help us pick out a new pair of glasses that were ready within a week! I was really grateful for the speedy turnaround and I'll continue to visit Mississauga Vision Centre for all eyecare needs.

We have been going to Dr. Hwang for many years and she is absolutely the best eye doctor we have ever had. Always caring and does such a thorough eye exam. Joanna and Michelle are the kindest, most helpful people. Always ready to make suggestions for glasses and provide excellent service. If I could give them all a 10 Star I would be happy to do so.

Dr. Sana did an amazing job. She took her time to cater to my needs and answered all my questions. She explored all my options and possibilities. She did not rush or speed up the process. She is a talented professional who genuinely cares about her patients.

I have been a customer for over 6 years now and dealing with Dr.Sana who has been providing top notch services to all members of my family ... she certainly makes sure that all concerns are addressed with her vast knowledge and detailed analysis and provides valuable advice. Also recently had to order new pair of glasses and had received excellent support & follow up from Mirna who ensured the best choice and the timely delivery.

My glasses broke and I needed a new pair of glasses urgently. Mirna was the one who picked up and i explained my situation and she did her best to fit me into a doctor’s schedule as soon as possible, and I ended up getting an appointment within a week! When I arrived, both Mirna and Dr. Angra took great care of me, and Mirna was very patient and helpful while I was picking a new pair of glasses (I’m very particular when it comes to glasses!) I was very happy from my experience in the Mississauga Vision Center and will definitely come back for any glasses/vision related needs ?

Dr.Sud has been taking care of my Mom. He is thorough and diligent. He takes his time to listen to his patient and answer any questions. Very well mannered and makes my Mom very comfortable. We were also assisted by Mirna who helped my Mom pick a pair of glasses. She was so patient and caring. We were in a rush to get the glasses and she made it happen within a few days! Thank you so much to Dr Sud and his team. Wishing you continued success!

Visited the centre to get my eye exams done. With the help from Mirna, who is really professional and knowledgeable. I fall in love of these sunglasses as well. The doctors are really helpful and well experience as well. Highly recommend for their products and services good job team keep it up.
