★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience overall. Dr. Chiu walked my wife and I through every step of the exam and answered all questions we had.
Towards the end it felt a bit rushed. It was close to 6pm so I guess they were trying to wrap up before closing time 7pm.
Only suggestion is something that we've experienced with other optometrists: why not ask patients if they want their pupils dilated BEFORE all of the examinations so patients don't have to wait another 20mins at the end of the examination?

Dr. Chiu was very professional and friendly while doing her job. It seems that she knows exactly what she is doing and do it perfectly. Also, the staff were very friendly and efficient for my case.. They have the skills and qualifications.

The exemplary service, professional conduct, efficient examination, paired with the friendly rapport and in depth explanations have made for such an incredible experience time and again. Despite moving further away I doubt I will ever try to change opticians.

There are not enough stars to recommend this wonderful doctor and I feel very fortunate to be under her care. I must also mention her staff who were so efficient and friendly. Thank you to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Chiu on April 1, 2022. The original Optometrist I was supposed to see was not available whom I have not seen before and I was instead sent to Dr. Chiu. I was actually glad that I saw Dr. Chiu instead because she was fantastic. She took her time to examine me and she was very thorough and made absolutely sure that I was comfortable and that I had the right prescription. She answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Her front desk staff were absolutely awesome as well. Very courteous and polite. Thanks for making my visit very pleasant!

I Been to other Doctors before and have never had the thorough exam done. I'm highly satisfied with the service and the checks being done. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your care.
