Went to buy a pair of shoes and pants today. Unexpected that the clothes and shoes area is very tidy, even there are lots of customers. Staffs at those two areas are very friendly and helpful. However the fitting room is dirty. I don't blame about the staffs. This is walmart management"s responsibility, they should hire more staffs to clean the area because walmart earns alot. There is one very stupid approach walmart is. When i was paying at cashier, i ask the staff to take out the security tag of the shoes. But the staff said that u can go to customer services to do it. Ok, then i go customer services but i need to wait almost 15 mins becasue only 2 staffs there and many customers doing return, take off security tag or or issue. The most stupid thing is, when i show the recepit and the shoes to let the staff to take out the security tag for me. She just gave me a scissors and ask me to cut it by myself. OMG, it is so stupid. If only use a scissors can cut it, why the cashier not doing this to me. Wasting my time. Besides the customer service area is messy. Management, please fix this up and always put yourself as a customer. Think about how to treat customer more nicely.

Ordered our TV stand online with pick up at store. Using the app communication was fantastic, delivery date, store pick up date etc. This is a solid unit looks way more expensive and classy. The unit comes in many colours to chose. Took about 1.5 hrs to put together instructions easy and straight forward. The pick up process at Walmart is easy, call the number provided when you get to the store designated pick up spots and item is brought to your car. Wow took less than 4 mins . Thanks Abhishek & colleague excellent customer service.??

Josie at customer service is really good. I had to do a return yesterday and today, and she helped me. I wasn’t feeling too well, and she made my returns very easy and straightforward. She understands customer service and efficiency. She’s kind and very professional. I think she should train other associates on customer service and professionalism. I hope the store managers recognizes Josie on her exceptional customer care skills.

This Walmart location is huge, with 2 floors. The main floor has a McDonald's, clothes, pharmacy, housewares and seasonal items. The downstairs is like a grocery store. This store is usually tidy and the staff is usually friendly, however on my last visit the cashier was extremely rude to me.

Visited with Walmart during the lock down. Not too many people here at all. Came for passport photos at Portrait Studio. Brutal wait just to speak to someone. Lady at the front desk spent 25 minutes with one customer. Slowest service ever.

Very dreary Walmart since the pandemic hit with seemingly less employees to maintain the store. Anchoring the Square One on the south east corner, it has three entrances close to P8 on the north side, P1 parking near the City Centre Dr. & Kariya Gate on the south east corner, and the mall entrance itself. There are the usual store greeters stationed by the movator, security to watch you come in and out, and the McDonalds/McCafe in this store (located on the second floor). Their produce is very extremely hit or miss, make sure to inspect carefully as there's lots of bumps and bruises on vegetables. The current pandemic protocol really minimized the flow of the store with only 1 movator working (no signage to help direct people) and less people at the cashier. The downstairs cashier near the mall entrance was closed (perhaps only open during peak time? Was there around 11:30am on a Friday) and was forced to use the second floor cashiers to exit the mall or wait for one of the outer exit cashiers instead. Doesn't feel like the amount of customers decreased, but definitely less cashiers and longer waiting in line to cash out.

A veryyyy huge mall with a lot to offer at one day or even a whole week. I’d been here for a quick drop by at bath and body works. It was a 10 min thing but since the meal doesn’t have a map to help customer find their path it makes you walk allot in all directions. I walked wound for 15 mins to actually find where bath and body works is. They have PRe Black Friday sale in most of the stores and they seem nice. They have la lorenzo., gap, children’s place, H&M Zara, skippers drug mart, aldo, sketchers and Claires. They also have an optometrist inside the main entrance. You can find Samsung, apple and other mobile or electronic stores around here. The mall has multiple escalators and elevators and washrooms but the washrooms are and one end of the entrance. The washrooms are clean

I was shopping around 5:30pm today when I checked a few Christmas items out on the self-serve. The scanner showed 5 items at full price even though they were marked 50% off. I informed the customer service monitor who got a woman who identified herself as the department manager, and said only some items on the shelf are 50% off. I knew this wasn't true as I have been in this area for many years and the discount is always applied to the entire shelves. I asked the monitor for a higher manager. Then there was another guy who identified himself as the customer service manager. He gave me the 50% off but acted like he was doing me a favour and refused to honour the scanning code of conduct, which I read to him. Customers are entitled to the first product free up to a maximum of 10 dollars if the scanned price is higher than the marked price. He did not seem to care when I said I had pictures of the shelf and would complain to the general store manager. The general manager does not put his extension, just the store number so it is very difficult to reach him, also complicated by the fact that every associate will tell you they are the manager when asked. The whole episode costed me an hour of my time. This location has the worst customer service because they feel no accountability for their actions. The online number for customer service refused to assist me with this issue.
