★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't waste your money, time and energy on their website. I placed an order on February 5th and they guaranteed that they will send my order by February 9th. Today is March 2nd which means that about 23 days have passed from the deadline and I have not received my order. I have contacted them more than 15 times and they always just said we are sorry and they did not do anything. finally, today they sent me an email and cancelled my order. Even when I contacted them and said to them that I want my order they said that we can’t do anything and this has happened which is out of our control. Their customers are not important to them at all and not only they do not compensate, but also they don't follow up, care and help. As a person in this society, I was responsible to inform you about their situation, now it is your choice to buy from them or the similar stores. Please consider the fact that I have bought many things from different online shopping stores and this is the first time that I am facing this problem and I have not seen a company as irresponsible as them and I can say that Holt Renfrew is the worst online store that I have ever seen and you can't count on them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience my wife and I had today. Our sales lady(maria) was fun well experienced and took the time to explain the differences between the different styles of there Canada Goose winter coats.
When we did decide on the one we wanted she even went out of her way to steam it and package it oh so nicely. Our Canada Goose sales lady for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been frequenting this location since it opened and the service is extremely inconsistent and very off-putting. Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and will look you up and down before walking away or unwillingly greeting you. I am either pestered and followed around or not given any service (usually based on my appearance and age). Have had negative experiences since 2016 and it seems as if no improvements have been made almost 6 years later. I have had a management staff member tell me "judging by what you are wearing, I can tell you can shop here", staff gotten annoyed with me because I changed my mind on sizing, a staff member has rolled her eyes at me because I asked to make a return, argued with myself and my mom over a shoe size and countless other instances. I rather purchase products from Nordstrom of Saks as I know their service is more consistent and their product offerings are extremely similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this store assuming that they carried Louis Vuitton like the other locations. I had a specific LV product in mind. Vlatka was very helpful and friendly, she showed me some options at Gucci and YSL, but unfortunately, they didn’t carry a similar style that I was looking for. She was very patient and was smiling the whole time. She looked like she really was enjoying her job and she never made us feel like we wasted her time. I hope they would carry LV in the near future. But if ever I would buy at Holt Renfrew Square One, I would definitely contact Vlatka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve recently visited holt because I was looking for a birthday gift for my friend’s upcoming birthday. Wasn’t too sure what to get, but had a general idea of what my friend likes. The associate (Mina) was very helpful in finding a wonderful gift. He had very good taste and created a memorable shopping experience for me. I usually don’t enjoy shopping and have trouble picking out clothes for myself, let alone for other people. However Mina made my experience seamless and very enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the near future.
