★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at this center. We went for passport sized photos and our photographer offered us a great deal for an in-studio and outdoor photo shoot. Booked an outdoor photo shoot recently with them, the photographer was great. Also they arranged to send us our photos without having visit the studio again. Overall it was a great experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner was not really nice. He don’t know how to talk with the new customer. Instead of giving the proper details of there product or showing them he was in hurry and wasn’t responding on time. He seems rude and unprofessional. Don’t know how to respect the customer. And the owner wasn’t even wearing the mask. I visited there for first time and my experience was terrible. I would never recommend anyone to visit over there.

We had to wait 20 minutes to have our passport photos taken (there was one customer in before us), then 10 more minutes to get them printed and then another 5 minutes to pay because the owner was too busy chatting with a customer/friend. Overpriced at $30 + tax for 2 photos! We thought this was a Wallmart photo shop that advertises $12.90 for 2 photos but an employee directed us to the wrong place I guess. Don't get fooled like we did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to someone on phone for an appt and they were so cut and dry that I had to cancel my appt even before booking. I have had baby club appts at stoney creek and then simcoe studios and have never faced discomfort like ths before. The staff at both these places make you feel comfortable and happy. Ended up booking the appt back at Simcoe
