★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love pumpernickels and have tried different locations across GTA. Never have i been disappointed up till now. They should seriously consider firing the entire staff and hiring people that have at least basic human communication skills. The food was below par and not fresh at all. I really hope the corporate office sees this review and does anonymous check-in at this location considering it's really taking a blow at their brand image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An abundance of variety for salad bar but how can one substitute hot table food- if I don’t want rice I can’t have salad instead? They may want to add a disclaimer on their menu? Better customer service training would be an asset as well.
