★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid Blackwell a visit today shortly after 3PM today and was not impressed.
The store itself looks well put together, everything is displayed and all inventory is stored in the back. Which means you must approach one of the sales associates for a size or a question. I understand today is Thanks Giving and these employees would much rather be at home however, there are customers visiting willing to pay money for shoes.
I noticed the staff seemed careless at the fact that there was a high volume of customers waiting for service. Actually, two females on the sales floor in particular. The majority of staff was very friendly but I noticed these two females were very chit chatty while so many customers were waiting for assistance. I must say, you could definitely tell which co-workers were picking up the slack. Is there another location in the GTA? I won't be returning to this one. After reading other google reviews on this place, it's evident this kind of terrible service is normal here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad came to buy shoes the employee was all the time working with shoes near him and wherever my dad will make step he will follow him and won’t let him look at the shoes. Also when I asked what shoes does have discount he rudely told me only brands such as I know where everything was located and finally when we found it we asked for another he said he will bring it but he just ignore and started to do other job
