★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to set up an appointment or phone call with Kaleed after sending 4-5 emails with only the first one getting a response from Kaleed Rashid. We will see if he calls me to discuss my concerns.
On a positive note the woman that answered the phone was very professional, seemed understanding and seemed to take down all of my concerns. We both agreed that everything I said was facts so we'll see what he has to say if he calls me back.
