★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting in line for over an hour, I was helped by Connor. Unfortunately, I didn’t have all the documents I needed to secure new plates for my out of province vehicle. Connor was extremely knowledgeable, he advised me of the process, told me exactly what documents I would require. Even though they were extremely busy, he took the time to help me, instead of just telling me that I didn’t have the documents (which I’ve seen others do).
He was so patient and kind. These people are literally working non-stop and are dealing with all types of people. I appreciated Connor’s kind demeanor and exemplary customer service. He went above and beyond- which is very rare these days! Thank You Connor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Service Ontario location, under staffed small space and too many citizens needing to get government business done, staff tries to keep up by being helpful and as pleasant as possible.
Let’s do the math, 4 staff trying to serve a line up of 25 people, if it takes 2 minutes to serve one person that’s a lot of time standing in line and we know it’s more like a minimum of 5min to serve an individual with the various government regulations that need to be taken care of in person.
Why only open from 8-1pm on Saturday and not open on Sunday?
Upper management needs to wake up and staff up on the weekends so we the tax payers can get Government of Ontario business done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adequately staffed and barely a line up. I was in and out in 15 minutes, including me getting my DL from my car which was needed to do the vehicle registration. They even fill the forms for you at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment booked for 10:30 today and showed up a few minutes early. I was called up just before 10:30 and everything went smoothly. Very impressed with the experience I had today at this location... especially since I thought the appointment time would be treated like a doctor's office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After coming across, various harrowing instances and stories of how people are made to wait in long queues in this cold weather, I finally visited this Service Ontario branch on 19 Feb, Sat at 9.30 am with low expectations, keeping enough time on hand, but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.
Connor quickly helped me file in my health card application and was very helpful in correcting the errors. In 45 minutes I was done & on my way out to spend a lovely snowy day - thank you Connor for your professionalism, efficiency and friendly attitude in dealing with customers.
I happily recommend this branch to customers seeking relevant assistance.
