★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid this rental agency and this location. I has a reservation and been called and refered to different rental agency (Zoom) in Brampton. When arrived there no one was helping when my turn came asking for more documentation of insurance beside of credit card coverage, and if u dont have that will charge u extra $9 per day while this policy never been asked by any other rental agencies and the guy was being so rude. I tried to call so many times to the Advantage Mathewson blvd location. No one was picking up my phone they all get connected with each other and make you hassele. I have very bad experience and I didnt rent from the other location I was referred and just called Uber driver.
Pls try to avoid as much as u can,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with this place, especially since THE ONLY REASON I CAME HERE WAS BECAUSE I was referred here.. definitely not referring anyone here anymore.
Rented a car here after my MVA, they took my credit card for incidentals, but charged me after 5 random times in order to pay off the outstanding amount that the insurance company owed them.
Talking to Luca is useless, AT THE VERY LEAST, you could have contacted me to let me know that you will be withdrawing money if there are delays with insurance.
Response back to owner: you have my information on file, if you actually cared, you would have contacted me already. Lucas knows exactly who I am and the details of my file since he "called me so many times".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car with 1 moth in advance from Toronto airport. Coming with an intercontinental flight I had a delay of almost 2 hours. After landing, when reaching the Toronto office, I was told the car is gone since they could not wait for me. On an unprofessional tone I was told I shoud have called (due to time zones the office was closed anyway) and that they can’t help me and call me back since I have an international phone number. As the start of a holiday on a tight schedule and first contact with canadian services this was horrible.
My recommandations for the company - make it clear if you are not able to service international (european?) customers. A reservation’s purpose is to secure something in advance. Please pre-authorize a card, ask for a deposit or make it clear it’s just best effort so the customer is aware.
For potential customers - good luck, I hope you’ll have a much better expericence than mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, so good.... Time will tell if it practices the same business scam as Enterprise. April/22, but now you have gone and done the similar thing: charge my credit card which is it was so willing to pay you for a rental charge I never agreed to! The onus and stress is now on me to argue and dispute this charge. I'm just reading a review that this has not happened to me only
