★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an Awesome experience. They provided us a brand new Hyundai Elantra with great price. They even gave us a ride to our hotel in the shuttle ! The staff here is highly professional and very helpful. I will highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, zoom rental at dixie road. Yes, they try to force yo to pay extra insurance charges. The tires on the car Hyundai Santa fe they gave us had no threads at all. Had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport for their shuttle to come pick us up. The guy at the desk told us we were lucky he was waiting for us when it was their shuttle that delayed.

The rental cars [Hyundai, Toyota etc..] being offered are very good and the rates are very affordable in current car demands. It is now the go to car rental for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. SCAM ALERT!! Please be aware of these robbers. On arrival to pick up the car, another customer was fighting because the accused her of a damage that magically appeared a day after she return the car. Instead of filing an insurance claim they were asking her for cash money and threatening her to ruin her credit (the poor lady was crying to them).
I ignored that and attempted to rent a car and I was told the collision purchased by Travelocity was not valid and charged me an extra $100. When I opened the car there was mud all over, oil stains and roaches. I refuses to even step inside the car. The employee became aggressive with my wife (woman abuser) that I had to step in and he went running behind the counter like a coward. Minutes later I had to call the police. They refused to refund me the money stealing $600 that I have not been able to recover. Attorney has agreed to take the case to make sure we close this place down.
Please do not rent from this place I saw these reviews a little too late but check how they steal from people making up charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising. We made our reservation through travelocity and paid extra for insurance they said that the insurance travelocity sells is unacceptable. Very complicated staff, hidden fees like you wouldn’t believe. When they showed us to the car we had rented it was filthy, filled with old food and holes in the ceiling. When we asked for a clean car we were told that that was the cleanest and they weren’t lying. Then when we asked for a refund the representative said no, until we had a dispute and called the cops. The best part is that there is a sign stating that if we were to turn in the car dirty, we incur a fine of $50-$200. Beware of these crooks. Completely misleading and unprofessional. We were there for almost two hours and saw how they were trying to scam everyone. Use anyone else, a dog can provide better service.
