I was driving to work this morning and was deliberately cut off by one your drivers on the 401 and Weston road. The truck was a paclease rig with a cct trailer #320902. The driver was entering the express lanes and continued to push me out of my lane and into the next lane even after I used my horn. He then proceeded to come over into the lane I was in behind me and started driving with there high beam lights on. Then they changed to the right lane came up beside me and again started coming into my lane pushing me over into the left hand lane. I speed up to get away from them and returned to the middle lane. The truck driver proceeded to catch up to me again and turned on their high beam lights and followed me to the 404 where I got off the highway.

They have skilled mechanics and readily available parts to get you going as soon as possible. And they are fast. No fancy Drivers Lounge to wait in, because you won't be here that long. If your truck needs to stay longer they will give you a replacement vehicle. Having dealt with other truck leasing companies (IdeaLease) with a very large garage full of broken down trucks, no mechanics, no spare parts and a who cares attitude. PacLease is great. They are open 24/7 and have a road service truck too. It is refreshing to deal with a professional company.

Quick and efficient. Marlene was excellent and front desk couldn't be any better. Trucks are always maintenance and they always have many trucks avaible for quick or long term rental. THANK you for your help!!!!!
J	J Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with staff in general. However, was not happy when I picked up a unit that wasn't cleaned, washed and or sanitized. I had to steam clean and sanitize everything on my own. Units had minor damages that should have been fixed before telling customers that unit is ready for pickup. I'm sure this is once of incident and hope I wouldn't have to post anymore sad experiences dealing with PacLease. Good folks but plenty of room for improvement...
