All turned our worst right from picking up; waited for more that and hour even after completing the online check in, Staff and manager are very rude to interact with.
Please check if the renting vehicle is very clean while pickup, they would charge you extra for cleaning even if you return the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service lady was okay...she tried to sell small vehicle when not being able to offer one booked and on top she didnt check the vehicle properly but when I checked and the dolly was there at the back she ask if we wanna pay $10.. since we never needed she ask we should leave it ...which we did ...she didnt do her due diligence of inspecting her vehicle properly before releasing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust U-Haul online booking system.I Booked online truck rental 3days ahead. Went to pick up truck in the morning at 9:30 at this location, they scanned my driver's license and checked in there system and they don't have the truck that Booked. I was told to call customer service and booking a new truck .
Don't fall in trap for for their $60 reservation Guuarantee.No one will ask you anything once you left from there.
I called my friend for help but I have to send them back since I don't have the track. Very bad experience at this location.
