★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars, do not recommend. Advertised unlimited mileage on booking.com then said it was only 200km per day. Cost me 3 hours of a 36 hour trip to solve. The desk guy said I'd get a refund, after several queries no response. Scam. They seem to have rebranded as Zoom now, probably because of all the bad reviews.
UPDATE: Still no response.
Update : they're still not accepting responsibility for false advertising.
UPDATE: Booking.com has arranged a refund. Thank you Booking.com!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car for a month, car was close to brand new and the service was quick. Extremely pleasant experience! Staff was super nice at the check out, forgot to bring our proof of insurance and the staff let us "borrow" their insurance for a couple of days without having us pay. We then emailed them the proof. Super awesome! Recommend 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star only because I cannot give zero stars. This place is a giant scam. They offer low prices but then force you to be unnecessary insurance in order to actually rent the car. Our original cost was $37 which was a fantastic price. But, when we showed up they would not let us leave without putting on $70 car insurance even though my credit card company covered any issues. Then, they offered to pick up the car from our hotel once we finished with our rental. We called their 24 hour line around 9 PM the night our rental was due. The women we spoke with was very helpful and stated someone would come get the car the next morning. When no one showed up I called their facility and they denied the service and stated, "we don't provide that service and never had" despite three separate employees all offering me the service. So, instead of enjoying my vacation I was forced to take the car back myself and pay for another taxi back to my hotel. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. All they do is try to scam their customers out of as much money as possible.

I rented a car in Tulum, Mexico with Kayak and was redirected to QEEQ to make my online payment. I went to pick-up the car from " Mex-rent-a-car which refuted the contract terms and asked me instead to pay an extra USD $50.00 / per day (extra $350.00 for the week) for the compact car rental that is on top of the USD $500 which I already paid. When I called QEEQ for assistance they washed their hands and said to deal directly with the Mex-rent-a-car but you cannot deal with them! All they want is to overcharge you while refusing to respect the terms and conditions of the existing booking arrangement. As a result I lost USD $500.00 that I paid to QEEQ via my credit card while refusing to deal any longer with this unethical car rental agency.
I strongly advise you to stay away from Kayak, QEEQ and Mex-Rent-a-car since they cannot be trusted. Client beware
