K	Ken Hahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was most please with the car rental from Budget. The sign-up was quick and efficient and I was upgraded. Questions I had were helpfully answered. Return also was seemless;. Just waiting for my charge for toll road. Would recommend based on my experience.
V	Vinay Puree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WE went there to pick our vehicle on March 29th. The agency did not have booked SUV, instead offered Civic as alternative. Ridiculous. The agent was most unhelpful . We had to cancel the arrangement because of above together with some technical issue raised by the agent. Collision waiver paid was not cancelled by the agent. Now I see a charge on my credit card for a cancelled trip. I am appalled at such treatment. I advise people to be careful dealing with this location.

Couldn't understand the next real person after 20 minutes on hold. Started again, on hold, sent back to one I couldn't understand. They confirm dates, wrong car reserved. They couldn't change it (had booked through CARP) NEVER AGAIN, BUDGET‼‼
T	Terry Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vehicle and on site employees were all good ….. once we found the location …. which was difficult to find both to pick up and to return the vehicle account poor signage within and outside the airport. Even the paid for GPS in the vehicle took us back to the empty, old abandoned rental location. This criticism is directed all the rental companies and the airport authority for not doing a better job of providing adequate instructions and signage to the travelling public and not having the GPS directions updated is ridiculous.

I rented a compact SUV for 2 days with unlimited milage, but I drove less than 100 KM . They has a policy of fuel service (written in front of the counter) for $27 if it has been drove for less than 125 km. When I was returning the car I noticed the fuel was not full, although I filled the tank at Toronto and drove to the airport which is approximately 25KM. So, I thought as it showed the the fuel tank wasn't full, they might charge $27 for the service or they might charge a flat rate of $3.50 per litter ( I believe it wouldn't required more than 2 litters of gas) like other car rental's do. But they completely surprised me and I was shocked when I saw a bill of $65 for few litters of gas. I will not recommend anyone to rent from budget. Even if they offer cheap rate they might cheat you.

She helped me completely understand the process of renting from budget as well as the jargon that most of the other reps seemed to spew. Her island upbringing shows in her warmth, and respectability, she was focused on me being happy and informed more than simply sending me on the road with a vehicle. I will forever be a budget customer in any country simply because of her customer service. When you visit ask for no one else.
V	Vitor S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it was a good experience for a low-cost. The car (midsize - 2021 Hyundai Elantra) was in a good shape and the check-out process was quite easy. I believe the check-in could be better. They provide a paper for you to take notes on damages but they either provide a pen or explain what kind of damages you should take note. To avoid any surprises at the return, I took pictures of all small scratches and dents and asked the gentleman on the exit booth to lend me a pen. However, I believe it wasn't necessary at the end since the check-out was very quick and smooth.

Mr salen very rude didnt greet at all didnt talk properly, didnt listen though i booked mystry car but he didnt give me choice ending up paying more. Not happy at all super dirty ending up returning dirty from inside as well no covid protocols at all
