J	Jeff Ridout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest problem with Routes is their absolutes in dealing with business. I was charged a no-pickup fee due to a huge flight delay and I could not contact them to tell them I was running late, as the plane was circling overhead. I asked for the charge back and they refused stating that their policy is clear. I Did not want to cancel the reservation as I needed a car when I landed. However my flight was delayed. They didn't care. They took my money and in exchange I received no service, no car. Not even a coupon or voucher for free one day rental. Nothing. Something completely out of my control. What do they say back? Sorry but you have to give us 24 hour notice to cancel your reservation. It's like talking to a wall. I will initiate a charge back and file a complaint. Thing is, I have 20 crew coming in for work, as well as I travel a lot and I will not be using them for rentals moving forward. This was poor customer service.

The first time with Route, the trunk had an empty gasoline container, empty winshield fluid container, air freshener spray, previous renters contract, and a used mask in the arm rest compartment. The trunk had dirt and foot print on the wall. No snow remover brush in February The second rental for a week period, stains on seats and interior walls. Soap-like stains on the passenger side window. Called the office to ask for a clean car, however no one answered calls for three days. No voice mailbox for the customer service line, but asked me to write an email. The third rental, means new Ford Escape with leather seats which was very nice. However, smoky inside especially under the sun. I found the previous renter's contract again in the map compartment. The rental company often offers last minute special rates, newer fleets, and quick shuttle service. Be careful about the gas level when you pick up the car, I caught them twice trying to cheat.

They have new cars in the best condition each time I rent it. The site manger Roop Is absolutely amazing in dealing with any conflicts and presents the best attitude towards customers.

The car was brand new and very fair prices. I loved this car rental shop, and I had used other ones before. From now on I will definitely always consider Routes Car Rental every time that I need a car rental again. The staff was awesome.

They do not even know your booking details correctly, which caused me to loose money on my booking.They are doing business just to fleece your money I would say. I will stay away from them and will go with more reputable and reliable car rentals.

B	Berman G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a customer of a famous rent a car in the Toronto area. But I saw a grand ad by Hopper that they offer $30 rental for a day. I thought, that was cool. I booked through the interface of Hopper but in the end, I ended up at Routes Car Rental who provides the car. When I checked the policies, I found out that for local residents (Torontonians), there's a hold of $1,500.00 on the credit card. I continued my research and found some bad experienced by customers. I attached a photo. After reading that review, I cancelled my reservation. I think I will be back to my existing car rental who had provided me great services and fair charges over a couple of years.

This company is a rip-off Be truthful to your customers and stop writing the real things in fine prints as you claim GOD WILL JUDGE YOU AND YOUR COMPANY If I could give you all a minus 1million review I would.
