If I could give them a zero review I would. Based on my last two experiences with them. I had used them several times in the past and they were great dealing with. Then they changed. The last two times I made a reservation they tell me they have no parking space and even if you book it is not guaranteed. What kind of business runs like that. So you are left scrambling to find another spot before your flight. Fool me once shame on them, fool me the second time shame on me. Never again.

If I could give them zero I would. My husband dropped his key on the shuttle and instead of handing the key in (as they claim is protocol)the shuttle driver kept his key for 3 weeks, then dangled it in front of him upon his return inferring a tip would be required to get it back. A shakedown if I've ever seen one. I called management(Patrick) told him the story to which he didn't seem very shocked but said he would take care of it and get back to me. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Park in the back alley before you park here, this place is a scam

Beware!! I had book a parking spot. I called 3 times to make sure I had a spot. I was assured I would be happy and I would not have any issues. I was informed the Valet lot was closed. When we arrived the lot was full and they told me to go somewhere else. The person directed me to go to Park n fly. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! It is run very poorly!!!!

Same experience I had with a few posts. Reserved a spot on line a month ago and then got to the lot and they told us lot is full. I asked them, how can it be full with a reservation? The lady said, "we have the right to cancel at any time" - which they did not cancel prior by email or text or phone call, but at the gate when we arrived. Never again for us either here. If anyone is going to use them, just have a plan b.

If i could rate my experience 0 i would. Waited 40 minutes for pick up getting us to the airport later than we expected. However ,pick up at the end of our trip was horrendous. Called for a pick up was told 10 minutes, he checked my reservation number, which was fruitless as it meant nothing. Driver said he would be back in 10 minutes as he was the only shuttle working that night. There was 4 of us waiting. In the meantime at least 20 more people came from another flight and pushed in front of us. 10 minutes became 35… he pulled up curbside further down than where we all stood( not his fault) as the spot was taken up by another pick up company. It was a mad rush and ultimately it was survival of the fittest. I reminded him we and another Mother and Daughter were waiting from before. By the time we had got our luggage to him , there was no room on the bus. He threw our luggage in anyway, and told us to get in. We were told to sit on someone’s lap. My partner ended up in the front of the bus, not on a real seat. Driver closed the door on my partners leg( but did apologize later) , but could have been much worse consequences to his actions.There were 11 people in a 7 seater bus, but we feared waiting for the next shuttle would just be the same situation and by this time it was after 9 an hour after our original pick up call. As we arrived to the lot where our cars were parked he said he could only take the drivers to the vehicles. The rest of us were dropped off at the entrance in a huge slushy puddle with the luggage and had to wait for our partners to pick us up when they were dropped off to get our vehicles. This experience was beyond unprofessional, dangerous and simply unacceptable . Shame on you Skypark for this horrendous experience. Not to mention, driver wore no mask throughout the journey. Never , ever again will we park with them

It was excellent experience.! I made a parking reservation online and it was very simple. I received confirmation. When I arrive to the parking office, I left car keys and the car. In less than 5 minutes l was on the way to the airport…. On the way back, I called the office from the airport and a van showed up in a few minutes. My car was ready for me at the front of the office!!! Such a great service! Thank you very much. Roman

Never again! I've used Skypark several times in the past over the others that offer the same service as they are more reasonable and it's all the same. I've even recommended them to others When I arrived to park, after making a reservation, they told me the lot was full. Not to mention I booked Valet on their site which they do not have anymore. They told me if I wait 20 to 30 minutes they should have a pick up at the airport and I can take their spot - this was only possible because I leave myself lots of time at the airport When I finally got a spot it was one where a concrete block that was holding a sign had been knocked over, with the snow it was not possible to see and I scratched the bottom bumper of my car (thankfully it was on the plastic part) Aisle's are tight, puddles and mud everywhere because its an unfinished parking lot , cars are everywhere On the return it took the driver about 20 minutes to get to me....not terribly long but in those 20 minutes I saw park n fly arrive 4 times (2 for valet and 2 for self park) The stress wasn't worth it , next time its another company for me

I went online to reserve a spot to make it easier. I had a confirmation that the reservation was received. When I went to park at the exact time I had reserved for, I was told the lot was full. I told the person in the booth that I had a reservation but she said they don’t have to keep the reservation if they don’t want to. WHAT IS THE POINT OF RESERVING A SPOT?? They don’t seem to care. Make sure you have a plan B before going to Skypark. OR just go to Park’N Fly!! They are a little bit more money but totally worth knowing your car is going to have a spot and be safe! Skypark….. you just lost a customer….. not that you care.
