β β β β β I have used the service a couple of times. I find the employees are very pleasant and the wait times were excellent. It is nice to have a warm car to come back to in the winter. I would recommend this service to anybody that is travelling in and out of the Toronto airport. The prices were reasonable as well

β β β β β Always a pleasure using this service! No shuttling your luggage on and off a bus load of people! Drive up to their location an agent comes out and switches the driver positions and off you go to the airport. When you arrive you have had your own personal drop off at your desired terminal. On return you call from the plane and then again when you have picked up your luggage and in a short wait your vehicle comes, picks you up and drives back to their location drop off the agent and you are on ur way home. β β β β β I had a good experience with this service. I was apprehensive to use it travelling alone but I will definitely use it again. The drivers could be a bit more careful when driving - found they took really hard corners and on the way back my driver almost got rear-ended because they cut someone off. Just chill out and drive a bit more carefully. My drivers were friendly and the location was convenient. I did not wait more than 20 minutes for my drop off and pick up, and the instructions provided when you are ready for pick up are very clear. The parking centre is only 5 minutes from the airport. I was nervous about other reviews saying they shuttled other people in your vehicle while you are away so I purposefully left a bunch of non valuable stuff in my backseat and made sure it was a mess - nothing went missing. My car is 10 years old so I wasn't worried about my catalytic converter going missing or anyone stealing it. I probably wouldn't use this service if I had a luxury or newer vehicle, just based on other reviews.

β β β β β The drop off was fairly seamless. Pick up we had to wait for over 30 minutes before someone came. It was fairly cold on arrival and we later learned we could have waited outside. We did call them once we landed and then after receiving their bags. I would have thought that they would have the cars queued up once you call. When I called the second time, it was the first time the phone attendant asked for the make of the car or told me where to meet the driver. If it's going to take 30 minutes then they should tell you but the phone attendant kept saying they would be there shortly. The pick up service and experience could be better. I have used several of the parking services. I am not sure what is better Park N Fly or this service. The Park N Fly on pick up is quicker than Park For U but the drop off is better for Park For U.

β β β β β Excellent service, they picked us up within 5 minutes. Drop off was quick as well. Using your own car saves time and no need of additional handling of luggage. Will use their service for all the future travels. Quick easy and hassle free

β β β β β Fantastic service! They are always prompt and friendly. Makes getting to and from the airport so easy! It always amazes me how fast I can get home from Pearson without having to stress over finding my car, paying for parking or maneuvering the Toronto traffic through the airport. I will never use anything else now that Iβve experienced this service.

β β β β β One of my worse experiences ever!
Please read below :
1) I arrived at 4:30 am to drop off my car but nobody was there so I called the office but nobody answered!! I was frustrated to miss my flight however after 15 minutes a driver showed up and helped me to get to the airport. Looks like he was the only one working that night as a reception and driver!!!
My advice Show up early!
2) for pick up, I waited for almost 30" for the driver to pick me up despite calling almost 1.5 hours in advance so get ready to wait longer. On the other hand, you are calling but they are not answering and you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. Good luck!
3) If you have a dash camera, they will disconnect it as per the policy!!!
4) my car was driven 19 km while it was parked for 1 week!! The reason: they need to relocate my car In the parking lot to park another car!!! I don't get it!! 19 km in 1 week just for relocating my car without notice!! You know that The distance between their location and the airport is only 3.4 km and my car was driven almost 7 times between the airport and the parking lot!!

β β β β β Affordable, reliable and great customer service.
I needed to speak to the management team and they were easy to get a hold of and prompt.
When I booked my drop off / pick up, I didn't see an option for an airport pick up and drop off. After, I found out for $20 (each way), they will meet you at the airport and you can hand your keys to them right there, as opposed to driving to their lot and then to the airport.
They also offer a detailing service for $150. right now it's out sourced, but they are looking to bringing it in house (from what the driver told me).
