Aerospot Toronto Pearson Airport Parking

We have used this lot a number of times under different ownership in the past without any problems.... Last night was the last time!! , since on my return from our holiday when I went to get into my truck from Valet parking I noticed my plates had been stolen. Staff were oblivious and not helpful at all. At the airport, while waiting over 30 minutes I watched 7 park and fly shuttles pass me by... Do not waste your $70 on this dumpy lot that has no video surveillance and is poorly lit. Found out that the paper I signed waives all liability off of them and if you came back to a burnt car you would not have a leg to stand ON. BETTER OFF TO STICK TO A REPRETABLE COMPANY LIKE PARK AND FLY ..even for a couple more $$$

I am usually not taking the time to write reviews for parking experiences , but my recent experience with Aerospot was so bad, I like to share this with the travellers' community so others don't have to experience this: Their promise: according to their website and/or booth attendant, and our experienced reality: 1) Two minute drop-off guarantee. Reality: First, we had to wait 12 Minutes before ANY attendant would even show up. 8 people were in front of us, already waiting. The check-in process took a bloody 15 minutes (!!), even tho we had a reservation, paid upfront, etc.Then we were told that only 6 people fit on the bus, so we were told that the next bus would take us immediately upon return, BUT - we had to wait another 10 minutes until the bus came back, PLUS another 10 minutes because now we were told he had to wait until the bus is full ( with clients who checked in after us). All in all the check-in/drop-off process lasted 55 minutes !! Promise broken, NOT acceptable! 2) Warm car upon return. Reality: NO car anywhere near where we left it. Instead, it was a whooping 16 (!) minutes bus ride away on a remote parking lot, cold and icy. Promise broken, NOT acceptable. 3) a well lit, secure, safe site: Reality: upon arrival, no attendant, completely dark, completely full parking lot, everyone could just walk in, open office door with keys for everyone to grab. Promise broken, NOT acceptable. 4) Shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes: Reality: It took the shuttle 27 minutes after our call to show up at the gate at midnight/zero traffic. Overall, it took over an hour (!) from our call to getting in our car (see item 2). NOT acceptable! Overall, we felt unsafe, cheated, and treated badly both on departure and arrival. Not to mention a less than friendly driver. Can't recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience with park and fly I have ever had. Upon arrival at the airport it took 15 minutes if calling to finally get someone on the phone. We were told the driver would be there in 10-15 min, 30 minutes later called again and was told he would be right there. He showed up and picked up another group instead. When I questioned this I was told I guess you will have ti wait for me to cone back. 25 minutes later he comes back, opens the back door and steps back. No help with baggage even though it was clearly stated that this service would be provided. Then drove back without saying a word. Zero customer service skills. Avoid this place at all cost.

Left my car there and keys with them since the lot was full they kept my car keys and took pictures. I did not take any pictures when arriving or leaving as I didn’t expect anything to happen but my door does not shut properly and they refused to provide me the pictures they’ve taken unless to I go through court.

After getting to the parking lot at 1am after delayed flights, we discovered there was something wrong with the car. I went to turn on the car while my husband put our 16 month old daughter into her carseat and there was a loud rattle, bang and roaring sound. I went into the office and said that my car didn't sound like that when I dropped it off. The reply I got was that he thought my car was a sports car and there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to call the police if something was missing from my car. We were tired and cold and just wanted to get our daughter to bed, so we drove to a hotel around the corner as we were suppose to have a 3 hour drive ahead of us. There was little power to the car and it had a weird smell, but thankfully we made it. We read reviews when we got to the hotel and noticed two other reviews within 15 hours had similar problems and their catalytic converters had been stolen. There has been no help from management after calling several times. I would not recommend this company as there is no security or support given when something goes wrong. Very disappointed to have paid money for a service that has actually cost me more. Better off parking your car on the street.

The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating! It is generally tough for me to hand over my keys to a someone, but I was confident that it would be secure with them, and I was correct. Because I went to Moscow, my car was there for around two weeks. With all of the covid restrictions and requirements, the trip itself was a little chaotic. These gentlemen made my journey less confusing. If I had to suggest something to make your travels go more quickly and efficiently, it would be to park your car with them.

The employees are extremely accommodating. My family and I were running late for our flight and couldn't find a parking spot. We first went to another lot, where we were told our vehicle would not be allowed, and then we headed to Aerospot. Within minutes, they had a parking spot and a shuttle waiting for us. The quickness with which the service was provided astounded me, and it was because to them that we were able to catch our flight. I've never published a review before, but I've already told everyone in my family about them. They are the place to go if you need something quick, inexpensive, and safe.

Aerospot had the best rates we could find in the area. We booked with them and received confirmation immediately that we had a reservation. We also received reminders as it was closer to the date of our travels. Upon arrival, we parked our car and did not wait long to get a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was very courteous, and dropped us off right at our terminal. We had our vehicle stay for two weeks, and I was a bit nervous with our vehicle being out in the open, but there were many cars, and they were monitored 24/7. When we returned, our vehicle wouldn't start because of the cold temperatures. The employees were very quick to help boost the vehicle and get us back on the road. I highly recommend using this parking service, if you are looking for a good, cost effective place to park.
