B	Brian Samuell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It wasn't a great experience. We were going to Punta Cana and I can't walk very far and need my cane, left the car for them, checked in and got on the next bus. The driver let us out at the far end of the terminal so we had to walk back the full length which was hard. When we came back I got a message asking me to reply when I got my bags. Customs was an hour and a half and when I finally got back the desk people couldn't find me on the system. Very annoying. So I paid a big premium for accessibility using valet, and I expected at least competent staff. Hence three stars which is only half way to value. A monopoly to boot.
E	Eric Van Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my new Tesla unlocked for 6-7 hours before I finally locked it from my app. Day 6, not 1 charge and had to turn off my security or the battery would have died by day 2. Good luck trying to reach anyone - phone auto forwards to leave a message with a 2 business day response guarantee. This is probably my 12th time using valet but 1st with a Tesla. Will not use their service again due to irresponsibility and the lack of being able to reach anyone. Being able to track your car is interesting. They drove it to another lot, then back to the valet parking the next day. Seems like a joy ride to me. Wish I could rate a big fat 0 stars
K	KB Zinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I’ve read many reviews before I use the valet this time( Feb 2022), after I used I have no idea why people complain about ih( I might just lucky?). My drop off and pick up the car was seamless and less than 3 mins waiting. When I arrival, I called the number and entered my ticket #, u was waiting for 3 mins at the pick up shuttle point, then my car is ready for me and nice warm in the car! We are very happy with the valet service.
A	Andre Christensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used valet parking at YYZ and ordered premium car wash/detail. Check in was smooth and got shuttled to airport in a few minutes. Return was a disaster. Called the number to get the car ready, arrived at the lot 30min later, car wasn’t ready and I had to wait another 20min+ before it came up. Only to discover they hadn’t cleaned the car at all (which I had paid a lot for). Went in again, complained. No reaction/apologies, was told they would pay back for the car wash. So much for premium valet, I spent 50min there before I was in my (cold and dirty) car and on my way home.
M	Matthew Vandermay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used this service a few times and usually they are ok. A little pricey but it’s nice having your car ready for you. The most recent time I went they didn’t have my car ready for me though despite me putting the return flight time in the app. I wouldn’t recommend it and I’m not coming back. The shuttle service is typically pretty good and they come often except for one time I went and I had to wait 20-30 minutes for a shuttle.

I used the valet service and when I got back into my truck every seat setting was changed. Not just moved forward but even the tilt. On top of that the steering wheel settings were changed and the mirrors. Finally the way I have the temperature settings set up we’re all changed. Why in the world does someone need to change every setting in the drivers seat to simply park a vehicle???
O	Olivia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PARK HERE! If I could rate this place at less than 1 star I would. Is this place convenient? Yes. But how would you feel if you came back from your vacation/trip to discover that your vehicle had been vandalized and parts missing. Parking with the valet service provides a false sense of security. They are only providing a service of parking, they are not responsible for what happens to your vehicle. It will just sit in a lot, unsecured. Better yet they won't call the Police, or call you when it happens rather they will wait until you get back and suddenly it is your responsibility to contact police and get a tow and a car, even if it's 1am. I would highly reconsider if it is worth saving some money to park here but having to pay your deductible when you return. Especially if your vehicle is demand, for reference I drive a Honda Civic.

We was longer than expected and day before I've sent email to them with my new comeback date and asked to charge it for me before I pick it up. Buss running pretty often from and to terminal. Go on their site and get discount flyer printed out for good savings!
