β β β β β I booked my parking a week ago, at last moment , called the office about parking spot, make sure everything is ok, they told me there is no more parking spot and offering me another spot at 30 fasken Dr with 2 times more expensive, luckily had some time and found a spot at skyway parking in a reason able price otherwise I could loose my flight.BEFORE FLIGHT MUST CALL AND COBFIRM WITH THESE PEOPLE

Left my car there for 31 days, they parked my car and left the windows open. Flooded the car!!!!
They said a manager would call back that day cause they were not in. We tried fr 3 days but no one would call back. I spoke to someone 3 days later....not the manager and nothing was accomplished. They try to blame us for keeping the windows open, the keys were left with them and they parked the car, and the windows were not open when the car was dropped off. The said they called back, which they did not!
10 days have passed and no one has called back. I believe they do not even have a manager.
Funny how we have to pay up front but they are not accountable for what they have done. We are taking this further and is being investigated now,

β β β β β I've used the Skypark valet service probably a dozen times now and it has been great every time. I've never waited any more than a few minutes for a shuttle to take me to the terminal or to pick me up to return me to my car. The best part is when you get back from your sunny vacation, your car will be warmed up and ready to go. There's no hanging around in a cold parking lot waiting for a bus, or trying to remember where you parked when you get back or running to catch a train. Basically, if you want to avoid all the things we all hate about any kind of park and fly, Skypark is a great way to avoid it all. It's great value for the money. I tell all my friends to use this service.

β β β β β Absolutely terrible service on arrival! Waited over half an hour for the shuttle, meanwhile seeing SEVEN green shuttles come and go for the competitor. When finally arrived back at the lot, cars were absolutely JAMMED in wherever they could find a spot, including blocking other cars. There was a car parked so near to my van that it took a solid 5 mins to get out. I was travelling alone with my two young children. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

β β β β β Made a reservation online to park for 3 weeks while I was away. Drove myself so needed to ensure my car would be available to drive home on my return. Arrived at Skypark and was told the lot was full. When I explained i had a reservation I was told it didnβt matter. Ended up having to find another place to leave my car - all before boarding an international flight. Not acceptable business practices, very unprofessional, extremely rude to deal with. I do NOT recommend you take any chances booking with this company.

β β β β β Please take note that making a reservation does not mean you have a parking spot. We arrived to park and there was no one in the booth. A man who was seemingly hanging around we asked about this. He said he didnt know but they were fully booked. Good thing we had time to go to more reliable park n fly.
