N	Namie Namie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The elderly East Indian man concierge was so kind to me on Thursday, April 22, 2021. He asked me to call the hotel where I will be isolating to make sure they were coming to pick me up. When I told him that my phone will not work, he asked this younger East Indian kid to make the call for me. As a person, who is accustomed to experiencing racism, I thought that was nice that there are people out there, who will do their jobs without making my race a factor in their lives. Lying that racism doesn't exist won't make it go away. I thank them for their kindness.

And to make things worse a cop is standing there making jokes and small talk, so loud. Made me feel uncomfortable to approach. I stood there staring to grab the attention of service people. I asked about a flight that was 1hr arrived but the passenger in question did not exit the arrivals gate. Now I continue to wait, clearly wasting my time with "information personnel". She did not care....so annoyed.

N	Na Per on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disgrace, Canada's major entry point by air and it operates worse than a third world air airport using hand signals. This is by far the worse international airport in the world. Canada and Canadians should demand better.

The so called custom hold is nothing more than a excise of how badly it is run . After nearly 2 hours waiting in the plane you are still packed into lines to fill out your customs card and then get to your luggage. It's a disgrace and so unorganized. It is worse now than before covid. GTTA you should be ashamed of how your running this.

Flight is delayed because Toronto does not have enough employees working on the ground, only to wait on the plane for immigration to clear. Does no one communicate in this airport. 1500 flights on average a day. You would think or should demand better service from the busiest airport in Canada.
