Been stranded for 2 hours now on the side of the road waiting for a tech to help me. Device was installed 3 days ago and has been acting weird ever since always showing invalid sample. Ridiculous support. Create a better system for tech support for your clientele.

As a business owner who has to repair the vehicles of those who have this system installed, I have to say this company is absolutely unhelpful! I was on hold for 45 minutes and went to answer my other phone line and the person from Alcolock hung up! When I called back, again I was on hold for another 30 minutes and was hung up without anyone even answering the call!! I have a busy shop and this is a complete waste of my time. We should not be punished with poor customer service because of someone else's drinking habits.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. They will fully take advantage of you knowing that you have to have the machine installed in your vehicle to drive. The device itself is terrible. I continuously keep getting a recall notice and have to sit on hold for an hour to get a reset code almost weekly. Then when you finally take the device in to get fixed the guy just tells you it's fine and can't be fixed.

My local service Center is great! Unfortunately they are having computer issues. So I contacted the toll free number and was speaking to Carlos and Linda. These 2 employees do not care about there job and refuse to give me the customer complaint # when I asked Carlos for the number he gave me his number. As for Linda she doesn’t seem to care about her job at all. No one wants to help me out . And I will not stop until I find the correct person to contact. These people are contracted to provide a service they will not give . My services is payed up to date and now I have to drive over 2 hours to correct this. These 2 people should not represent alcolock. I will be contacting bbb , they refuse to provide me the customer complaint #

My partner just had the device installed at the Toronto location. Chris was the tech who did the install, despite there being a scheduling issue. Chris was AMAZING - friendly, knowledgeable, professional! He was great!

Ill start by saying I have an ignition interlock in my car because of my husbands dui. So I’ve done nothing wrong but have had to deal with this company. I would give the company zero stars if I could. Alcolock in person staff are always behind schedule, making you wait hours for your appointments. The staff on the phone are rude and clueless. I’ve been given broken devices and had to come back for additional appointments to have them switched. I’ve had data uploads fail and had to come back the next say for another upload. We have jobs and children and can’t just be expected to be free all day every day to deal with this company’s incompetence. Not to mention you can’t use hand sanitizer before blowing into the device or it thinks you’ve been drinking. So after being in a store you get into the car and can’t even clean your hands before having to bring this device up to your mouth. In a pandemic hand washing is one of the important safety measure to stop the spread of covid, but the alcolock device gets in the way of that. I’ve had my device lock out 3 times once because my daughter had spilt sanitizer in the back seat. When you have your car in for servicing there is no waiting room so you’re forced to wander around outside no matter the weather while you wait. The sad thing is even though the company has the worst customer service they can keep doing what they’re doing and don’t even have to be courteous because it’s court ordered to have an ignition interlock.

Worst company to get an interlock installed with. Not only did I have fake recalls weekly on my vehicle, which is $100 each recall. The reason this was happening was because they installed the device wrong in my car. Customer service is horrible trying to get through to someone on the phone is next to impossible and when finally do the line goes dead and they do not even return your call. They are also closed on weekends and do not offer 24 hour support like their competitors do! RUN as fast as you can!

6 hours for a tech for a faulty device stranded and counting…. Worst experience. Received replacement handset as first started to act up. Second one was full of water. Literal water coming out of the vent. I called for assistance and was left stranded for over 4 hours after calling the emergency line zero tech support. No concern for the customer at all. I was told to use a blow dryer to dry the water out of it. How did they send a device out that was damaged is there no service tech to inspect ? Worst experience ever. Had to call a cab for my wife to bring her car so I could put device on the heater to attempt to dry the device it worked long enough for me to get home. Still no call from service tech… clearly they have zero concern for clients.
