p	pawanjot kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad to work with them ..... they sent me email for job opening and asked me to visit their office .... i went there and person working at front desk was rude .. i start working with them and they will gave you schedule and then they will romove you from schedule whenever they want ? ... if you will ask them then they will start making excuses that site is not available anymore even they sent their another guard to same site as i checked it few times .... However, they called me few times if they need guards urgently but if guard will say no and then they will argue that why you are not available .... nobody here is free to wait whole day for just one shift.... i did work with them almost for 2 months and at the end they stop giving ke schedule and they remove all my access from surecommand app . when i tried to call them few times then they made excuses like they have software glutch blah blah ... at last i gave up on this company .. but now i need my paystubs and T4 but they already removed my access ??...

P	Prasad Moradia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at all the reviews and being here personally, listening to how many calls the front receptionist, Katrina receives, its very hard to be patient all day giving everybody the response they need. There are language issues too, sometimes communication gap and sometimes technical issues but can't blame the receptionist alone. Sometimes there is situation where both the customers or applicants as well as the receptionist is having a bad day. So I really appreciate how she handles the call. Its very hard to be patient to all those who call as well as reply to all emails, getting the forms signed, do hiring process for some, and a lot. So kudos to you for handling all at the same time. I have been a call center executive and I know. Keep it up.
