Be aware that they are very strict about their late policy of 5 minutes. Was going through laser treatment groupon and about half way through their attitude did a 180. For my most recent appointment I called while one my way to inform them of some highway delay, anticipating simply a reduced appointment time. Instead their receptionist decided my appointment should be cancelled and that I needed to pay an additional $50 deposit (they took the original one as a result). Even when I did arrive several minutes late, I was able to watch the receptionist ignore my calls to either get in or reschedule for half an hour. I was then further blamed for their actions in the matter. As for the actual services? The technician was decent, talks with you, but it wasn't until the third or fourth appointment that she began using a strong enough setting. Also not the best at remembering to not misgender trans clients when talking about them in passing. Made me uncomfortable. I've had better results with a Phillips epilator.

So i purchased three facial package and first they did one and nothing say about that is that facial is suits on you or not . than in 2nd i went one consultant she ask me there is promotion going on one facial which cost is 100 $ and suggest me to do that i said okay i can go with that . She ask me to book an appointment for 3rd one but when i call them for my third appointment they refused to do just becaus they said that the 2nd one coverd all. OH MY GOD what a big scaaaaaammmmmm . ! even though i nevert satisfid there customer service nor there facial service. First time when i go with my 3 years Son there behaviour is so rude with my Son when he take one singl sheet of paper of Form. someone tell them to how to behave with any kids.... Okay so today in my previous comment someone replied somehing else which is not corelate with my enqiery !!!! whatever i never suggest to go thefre never never...First time i see any parlour who dont want to make good terms with Customers .

Very bad customer service, had an appointment today and they said they have nothing in their system indicating this, also my 6 treatments have been done. I clearly remembered when I came in for my consultation after spending over $1200 for treatments for my wife they promised me 8 treatments, now they're saying they never promised anyone this. This is twice our appointments were cancelled without informing us of to show up to be told. Please beware of this business I would not recommend. ***UPDATE*** Thank you, you will definitely be hearing from my lawyer... I recorded my last discussion with your staff and you talk about verbally abusing them, I wish I could post the recording on here to show that is a mere lie! As for customer service we can all see how confidential our personal/ confidential emails are with your company! You think you're going to scare me to delete my review, you have another thing coming. Ohh maybe I should report you to Groupon also because you asked me not to buy any additional groupons (as I had only purchased one) you would give me the same price, so you can save on the Groupon fees. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

This place is amazing! I'm going for my 3rd laser hair removal session and even just after the 1st session I already saw results! Consultation was great - super informative. Benny my laser Technician is amaazing! She made the whole process super easy for me... made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! Really nice, clean place!

The staff at Laser Pro Med Spa are highly experienced and friendly. The service here is consistently excellent. I had a fabulous facial with Tana, my skin has never looked so great! I can't wait to go back..

I am very impressed with the state of the art technology. The spa has spared no expense, and the staff is absolutely amazing! The Manager (Tana) is professional and knowledgeable, she specifically tailored my treatment and made me look and feel 10 years younger

I have been coming to get my laser Groupon for a couple of months now with no issue and decent results. However today, for the first time I was 9 minutes late for my appointment. 11:50am, was at the front doors at 11:59am. (After driving approx 30 minutes). The doors were locked, but I called and I saw the technician answer my call (Tana). She advised me that I am late, and the spa only gives you a 5 min leeway, and the spa is closed for the day. Online the time is listed as 4pm. She said that the machine is turned off, and there is nothing she can do about it. Emphasis on the part that I am late 9 minutes. I told her I drove almost 30 minutes to get here and did not know that it was a β€œ5min” policy, they close at 12pm, and now what? I’m stuck paying for a no show when I argued with Tana for almost 5 minutes where half my service would have been completed. I have emailed customer service as that’s the only option Tana provided. I am in no way paying for a late, no show fee. Even restaurants give you a 15 minute leeway. That is the industry standard, anything beyond that I understand there are rules and fees in place. This is horrible customer service where I have wasted me time and gas for an argument and nothing.

Company asked me to pay a $50.00 deposit in case of cancellation without notification and would reimburse upon completion of package. I never cancelled and arrived for all my treatments on time. Bennie my technician however was great. I asked for the money back when I was done the treatments and was told β€œ you will be in queue for a refund”. That refund never happened. I then called back two weeks later and was told exactly the same thing again. I have since followed up with two emails and nobody has returned my emails. I still have not gotten the $50 that was charged to my account back. Buyer beware. They have no problem taking your money but will not pay you back what is owed. DO NOT PAY a deposit!!
