★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to get a hair system they will sell you a 150 dollar stock hair piece as a 2500 dollar aystem which will loose hair in just 4 to 5 weeks. A complete rip-off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service at all, very rude and disrespectful.dirty rooms no clean up. management is worst.they only care for money money and money. I had an appointment once and as i showed up they told me that we cant do your service and behaved like an idiots. dont waste your money better to do a transplant.even though they charge you extra without your consent which is worst.no result at all... their target is money money money to make they dont care about customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having such a bad experience at first with getting hair piece installed and what not. I searched up and found Sure hair International. After going there I was set up to meet Diandra i hope i spelled her name right. Right after that I was setup for 2 system custom to what my hair was like and my measurement and color and everything else. I also during that time of ordering till now *anxious in waiting for my custom systems* I needed a stock system to be able to not wear a cap all the time. I was accommodated with a system at the earliest and not only that fitting and all was done as soon as possible. The hairstylist and technicians Huma, & Domenic are two best stylist you can ever find and know how to blend in things perfectly and their work speaks for their experience. I am one satisfied client and not having to worry about hair or genetic crown baldness as Sure hair International and their team from front end to back are just amazing. Thank you guys and for always being honest and helping us get our confidence back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Highly recommend Surehair. I dealt with Nicole. She is knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I signed up for laser treatments. I saw an improvement within 2 months. I kept the before pictures and then compared them to the after ones after 6 months and then after 1 year. There was a noticeable improvement in thickness. I highly recommend Surehair and Nicole.

I would like to say that the staff demonstrated superb service excellence, were very knowledgeable and totally exceeded my expectations .I also could not help noting that the staff were amazing , professional and very friendly with all the clients.
We are all used to providing negative feedback and we forget to provide praise or positive feedback when things are done well.
