Then, he explained the procedures of how to become a security guard, job opportunities and pay rates. All my questions were answered and I signed up for the the training quickly.

Starting with my employment as a uniformed security guard, moving into their mobile patrol and alarm response division, then to client services management, and ultimately onto managing operations I know first hand the effort management puts forth for both employees and customers. In a customer service-focused industry, which uniformed security guarding very much is, it is not always easy to keep every customer happy. However, through exhaustive training of staff and intensive management engagement, clients continue to support and provide exceptional references to the services they receive from the team at Iron Horse.

They service 22 of our buildings providing access control and concierge type guard services. We have previously tried all of the big players in the security industry and NONE have cared or provided a similar level of customer service. Every guard they send us is thoroughly trained and skilled in customer service. There is not another company in Canada that can provide that level of care. It’s clearly just part of their DNA and can be seen with every interaction from guards to managers to the CEO. Amazing company. Keep up the good work!
