★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont trust these guys at all. Individual names Benjamin and his assistant Jessica are just doing a big fraud with security licence and even first aid and cpr certificates. Once you pay them they will act like we are nothing and they wont reply your msgs or calls. They charged me $157 just for first aid and cpr C certificate ( I was referred and honestly I didn’t check the price anywhere else) and they told me that you had certificate in the past so you dont have to attend any class and you will get your certificate righy away but thats not how it works at any academy. please don’t go to this fraud people and don't even refer them to anyone. If there was a option to give the below 1 star i will give them that

Fraudulent security training is provided by this company. They don’t train people and simply say do not tell anyone that you have taken CPR training for 2 hours. They tell people if anyone asked you how many hours of train You got then simply say 10 to 6 pm. These people are fraud and give certification without giving any proper training. Moreover in Covid, they provide training to more than 25 students in a small room in the basement of the house.
In addition, after paying fees to them they don’t respond to your questions or concerns. When I call them they say please text me. Then after when i text them they don’t reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and unprofessional. Specially Jessica she doesn’t know how to talk with customers. They lie a lot and do fake promises. They told me and my friend we will get our first aid and CPR certification in 15 business days now it’s more than a month we didn’t get it yet. When I tried to call and text she didn’t not answer at all. After that i tried her phone number Again she got rude and used unprofessional language to me. I paid money was not asking for free anything.
