The management of our building made a mistake of hiring this company. Their technician came to our unit with his mask down and nose out today. And that's after visiting 2 full floor of units. Also, it's funny how after looking at the reviews, their typical response is "sorry for the bad experience, our marketing director will get in touch with you". Garbage response. Whoever does their replies to these reviews from this company should be fired.

Should be an option for 0 stars. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. After an incident with our fire panel, it has taken 3 full days and 4 hours on hold, still they have not sent anyone to take a look. For something as serious as a fire panel please look elsewhere for someone who is going to care about your safety.

Inept. We dealt with them for 23 years and the last year has been chaos. Cancelled after being moved from department to department Of course, received a bill as if the cancellation never issued despite being confirmed by Chubb. No confidence in this company and will be contesting. One star only because I can't give a negative.

I do not usually like to post negative reviews but I have expected a better quality of services from such big company. I have used their services for several years in a row but yesterday I have got a surprising call from their customer service. A person has demanded me to pay for 1 year of service that I did owe them. Although, I cancelled my agreement in the middle of summer. I have described this situation but I still have to provide proof of that. I do understand that sometimes problems can occur but I have been forced in the summer specifically to use special email to do a cancellation process. It is really surprising to get such calls. As well, since I have already started, I want to share my experience. Someone broke in my commercial property and my security system did nothing. I had to deal with police and angry customer for several months to settle down this situation. What do you think ChubbEdwards did? They assumed that I broke in my property. As well, they did, upon my request, readjustments of the security system in my property and guess what? They requested to pay for that. So, think first before signing any agreements.

A few months ago Chubb moved to a new computer system. Since then they have not set an invoice to me without my calling numerous times. They are lucky I’m an honest guy or they would have been out of 9 months revenue! Repeated calls to customer service and they just don’t get it that the problem is their systems aren’t sending out the invoices, I’ve asked to have a senior person call me but customer service won’t pass on the request. They just don’t understand the problem. I give up with their customer service team! As long as they keep monitoring my alarm that is fine but I’m not going to keep asking for invoices any more.

If you have another option for security, take it. Chubb fire and security should be your last choice. The customer service would be better if it was truly non existent. When u finally get someone on the phone they tell you the wrong info anyways. It took us months and months to try and successfully cancel the services when we moved and after chubb told us for a 5th time it was sorted, the new home owners had to reach out because the system was still beeping. They have also decided to send a random bill from over 2 years ago for work done that was not and they can't even say what work it was, they just expect us to pay the $2000 bill, even after a representative told us it was sent in error. If I could give them NO stars, that would be more appropriate. I've never been on the end of such poor service....a real shame.

For 3 years I have been trying to get this company to take me off their call list for a company I left 3 years ago. I have call monitoring on my phone and their β€œβ€calls” still get through. I offer to give the supervisor Parth, operator 56 the phone number of the person they should be calling and he will not take the number because I don’t know the account number of a building that was 1 of 400, I oversaw 3 years ago. I would say that would be liable if something happened. But it gets better. He thinks that’s his out to get rude with me. Children doing what should be serious work.

Overall not a very good security company. Was with them for 10+ years and the service slowly degraded. Many mistakes by billing department. Was supposed to receive a credit when I canceled (as you pay 3 months in advance). They automatically charge you an extra month due to 30 days notice even though they actually cancel the monitoring on the day you actual cancel. The yshould continue to monitor the service for the 30 days. They also mysteriously found some police fee invoice which I apparently did not pay. This invoice was from a year ago and I had never received it. It was also not on any invoices I paid since that date (including another police fee). For this $30 credit I spent an hour plus looking through my records. Meanwhile they did not reply back to my emails in a timely matter (took 7 days) or ever call me back. The billing department is disorganized and not honest. They just automatically close the issue even though I was contesting it. The company itself seems to be just running on autopilot and do not care about existing customers. I've never wasted more time for $30. Chubb themselves must of spent at least that much when I finally got on the phone and was able to talk to someone in the credit department. Don't even consider this company for security.
