★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i applied to this company, they called my in for an interview, a day after , the HR called me and offered me a job, i signed a contract, she asked me to do police clearance which i did immediately and provided , she then asked for reference, i provided, only for the HR TO CALL and inform me that they cant move forward with the offer, after wasting my time and money. This company can frustrate someone big time. I am hoping they can provide enough reasons why they cant move ahead with me or honor their contract.

Waited for so long just to give interview.
As per their email I was 20 mins before the interview time as they told me to come to do some paperwork.
But nothing went similar.
The Recuritors were laughing, chatting.
No one had concern with the people waiting.
Not Punctual at all.

I have enjoyed my time working with them so far as they have offered many opportunities outside my current position such as working high profile events and provided training courses to further my knowledge in customer service and security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my condo at Maple Leaf Square roughly 8 years ago and have lived here ever since. Pennine is BY FAR the worst security/concierge team in the history of this building. The staff members at Pennine cannot follow simple instructions, are unfamiliar with building rules and protocols and are extremely unprofessional.
The young lady who wears a hijab (I don't know her name) is particularly rude, unprofessional and a disgrace to the entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our corporation has been using Pennine for numerous years now and I highly recommend them. There is the occasional staff turnover over, not as much as our previous provider but they always manage to find suitable replacements and there are issues that arise but their support team always step up to address these in a timely manner.
