B	Bharat Dwa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car by orbitz and paid by Mastercard. We also verified with our Car Insurance company that the car rental insurance is covered. They still charged us 15$ per day for the Car rental Insurance. We brought our own I-Pass but they insisted us to pay for the Toll fees. The rental company will keep $1000 deposit and will return after 2 weeks. If you call them, they will send to BNilling and accounts and never return the call. Please don't ever rent a car from them

They said they will send someone to pick us up so we waited AN HOUR. We called them back several times and they stated to just wait. We had time restrictions and could not wait any longer so we had to book with another rental company. Check their BBB Page - full of complaints of taking your money and never providing refunds for deposits, not showing up to pick up customers, etc.

My flight was late and didn’t arrive until 2 a.m. when I called for a shuttle, the voice message said they run every 15 minutes from 4 a.m. to 1 a.m. so we waited until 4 a.m. and called 11 more times and left 5 messages. Finally a shuttle came at 4:30. It took us to the rental place only to tell us that the parking part is open but the rental place doesn’t open until 6. Since we already paid, we waited at the place until 6. No one came. At 6:30, the parking attendant told us the person for rentals was on their way. Then ten minutes later, the same person said the rental person called and said they have no cars. I explained that I already paid and checked-in online. The person said they had no cars and I would have to be refunded through Expedia. I had to get a shuttle back to the airport and rent through Hertz for twice the amount. Expedia was unable to get me a refund. This is outrageous! Do NOT rent from this company!

My advice is to go for the good companies that are located inside the airport which they really care for their customers, unlike this company. I have NEVER seen in my entire life such a rude people like them. They are like a spider web once you get in you never get out. They are far away from the airport about 15 minutes drive and they inform people that there is a shuttle bus, but the truth is no such thing. Customer service people are totally not friendly he sits on his chair and yells at you as if you are renting the car for free. NO signage outside refers to them. They took my money without giving me the car just because my flight had a delay they deny all the protocols. I will never ever no matter what do business with them and also started to advice all my friends and families to avoid them.
D	David Bathurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very nice and professional. I got a brand new Kia Soul. Really happy with the service and quality of car. It is located inside of the Kia dealership, but there is good signage once you get there. Some of the reviews complain about them not having a shuttle from the airport, but they are pretty clear that there is no shuttle since COVID. (I’m not 100% sure, but i think I saw something about a shuttle service when ordering through kayak, if so it would be a good idea to update it..) All in all a great experience!

We had booked in the middle price range and got a nice SuV Kia which was more than sufficient for 4 and got us save from Toronto to Montreal and back. For personal reasons we had to change the car after 2 days and that was dealt with promptly and in a very accommodation manner. I have personally used many car rentals all over the world and Green Motion in Toronto was one of the best!
