★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i can give them a Zero. I made an order and my entire order was wrong. From using the wrong bread to putting on toppings i didnt even ask for. I called the place and the manager was rude, gave me a fake name and hung up on me. At first i thought maybe the person who made my order had issues with english but this person was very fluent. It clearly goes to show you that they dont care to make orders correctly and on top of that when there is a complaint they ignore it. Unprofessional and disgusting. If the owner does read this, do yourself a favour and employ proper employees and not people who dont want to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was planning to pay $100,000 upfront to buy the franchise. The franchise is sitting on MLS for 189 days with $4500 monthly rent. For this terrible location $50 plus dollar a square foot is hilarious. The listing agent (paramjit) was rude and refused to spend 2 minutes of time to go into rough cash flow numbers. I get his commission is nothing on this listing. You just lost your only buyer after your listing was sitting there for 5 months. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of customer service is the only thing I could say about my experience there. First and last time I go there to purchase a sub. Unfortunately choose to order online my sub's prior to show at the location. That was my first Unfortunate mistake that evening , second was choosing this Mr.Sub location to order my food at and this is where it gets interesting. Not is online order process a recently a new thing for MR.SUB . Talk being behind on the times . But apparently none of the store staff have been trained to process online orders. Went into this location with my online order confirmation receipt showing my exact order and that I had already paid inadvance for my food through the app. To about 15 minutes which was more than enough time for store staff to have prepared my two sub's that I had more 15 minutes prior to showing up in person to pickup the sub's in question. Only arrive at the store location walk in to pickup the food in question. With no other customer in the store presently at that time. Walk up to front ask if my order was ready to pickup. With an response from only worker in the store. To say what order . I said placed a online order about 15 minutes ago and I'm hear to pickup it now . To get response from the only work there that evening, said what we don't take online orders. So show her email confirmation of my order at that
Location for pickup placed about 20 minutes ago already and that it was already paid for online though the app .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there 5-30-22.derry rd and goreway plaza.Ordered a 6 inch roast beef. when i came in no hello or nothing just a look. She takes out bread that was not 6 inch as she's holding the bread she's coughing a few times . Never washed her hands so i walked out. Ill be calling the health unit. I strongly recommend that you take your business and health somewhere else. I WONT BE BACK !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a favourite. Not any more. Went on a Sunday. Placed my order. Then watched as they put my bread into the microwave. Huh asked why they told me it was frozen. Thought Mr. Sub whole thing was fresh bread. Not 1-2 day old soggy microwaved bread.
