They upgraded me to a nicer car for my sons bday and my son was so happy and impressed with the convertible Ford mustang GT 5.0 and it made his day thanks to the manager and Jo Ann, thank you . I would defenetly recommend this location, their staff is very helpful all the way to the end. The return staff was quick and getting me out and theres no hidden fees and their prices are competitive. Thank you guys!

I was charged for driving over 1000km than I actually drove (I drove closer to 60km in total) and therefore was charged nearly 600$ (when the quoted price was 189 dollars for two days plus tax). This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be in contact with your head office to get a full refund. You cannot lie on an invoice and overcharge your customers, this is robbery.

No way to opt out. Completely dishonest way of doing business. I’ll be avoiding all Thrifty car rental branches in the future. There’s too many options out there to deal with shysters like this.

Check in was fast, nice surprise was an upgraded car (I booked compact, they didn’t have any so I got a compact SUV (pretty well maintained Nissan qashqai). Drop off car was very quick. I got charged exactly what was quoted. Overall very positive experience, would definitely book again!

Which i opted out from. We clearly told the lady at desk that we don’t want the insurance to which she said yes.Few days later i saw i was charged more than the usual amount. So i asked them why,they said you have been charged extra for insurance. When i spoke with manager. He said its all in package deal it comes package but these things have been told to me when i was getting a car. They just give you half information and than charge you more money. Save your time and money and they have most rudest staff i have ever seen.Stay away from them.

The front desk and drop staff were polite and clearly explained all I enquired. Will definitely recommend them and patronize them again. Thanks for your excellent service and please keep it up!

Their prices are very competitive and they will even bump you up to a better car when they cN free of charge. Finding them is a little tricky in Pearson airport but once you are there the check out is easy. They are trying to find tiny scratches or chips to get you. You are in and out quickly. Even the returning of the vehicle was simple. Drive in. Leave the keys and go. Speed and convenience are paramount at the airport.
