★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE!!! don't use this service. The guy at the desk told us all we had to do was pay for the gas that we used which was only a quarter tank. When I got the bill they charged me $120 to put a QUATER tank of gas in there vehicle. FRAUD and Misleading customers is not how you keep in buisness. I wish I could give you no stars.

Google "More than 180 Hertz customers are suing the car rental company in bankruptcy court" - Hertz falsely claims their cars are stolen and then car renters get accused, fined and thrown in jail - $527 million class action law suit against these scammers!! This is news as of Dec. 2021
My original review: Worst customer service, unresponsive, can't reach a person via phone or email. There is no accountability in this company. I had resorted to contacting the CEO and even he ignored my message. The company gave me a damaged car and after I spent countless hours on the phone and writing emails, which ruined my entire vacation, they gave me a canned response without addressing or fixing the issue. From the CEO down to the rest of the staff - this is an awful company that will screw you and add bogus additional charges after your rental. Read the other reviews - they're all true. AVOID!!! Do yourself a favor - use Enterprise. They are very professional and responsive. Have rented with them for over 10 years and have never had any issues.
