★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service from male Hispanic front desk worker. Ask to speak to manager. And, front desk yelled and refused to transfer call to manager. Then, he hung up. This person should aim to work on his customer service relationship to ensure satisfaction for repeat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no problems at all. A security guard even waiting to take the truck back at 530( on a Friday evening) when drop off is at 430 and there is no after hour drop off...it was great and saved me a second day rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a truck at this Budget in Toronto at Martin grove and dixon, that started pulling to the right and the cruise control stopped working for the return leg. We had 1300km left to drive. They would not swap the vehicle.we called the place we got it from, their road side assistance, went to 2 other budget locations in quebec city and they would not change the vehicle. They said we had to take it to their mechanic at another location and wait for it to be fixed because someone else needed the truck in Toronto. then they'd take the cost of the repair from the rental. WHAT ABOUT THE TIME? NO PAYMENT OFFERED FOR THAT, of course. basic courteous service is to quickly offer a replacement vehicle which we were clear we were okay with it being a car instead, and reduce the bill for the inconvenience. Instead of redirecting customers several times and keeping them on hold over 2hrs. Really sad.
