Not good or professional staff. No body will greet you with a smile and for even 10 minutes delay they will threaten of charging you extra. The same thing happened to 2 other in front of me. The 2 stars is inly for the good cars not for them. Avid pr Budget's name will. E screwed if they continue to have this customer service. Eteer work on it.

Probably the best car rental in the area. I tried many car rental places near the airport. Lot of people are complaining about customer service but they are alright and I've seen worse. I find that the Discount staff across the street is nicer but Buddy offers better price points, selection,vehicle quality and bottom line.

Worst location ever, been renting here for a while an the manager is the worst person at the location and customer service ever. Don't go to this location because you wont get a car full on gas, nor will get you any understanding even if your a loyal costumer. Instead you will get yelled at, treated like crap and charged an arm and a leg. All while the manager has the discretion to help you or not. Don't bother with this place, they are scam artists. If any one else had the same demeanor any where else they would have been fired.

If I could rate Avis lower than 1 star, I would. I have legitimately never been more disgusted by a corporation than I am with Avis. This company (at this specific location) refused to let us take our PRE PAID rental that was completely paid off, reserved, and ready to go a month in advance. Why did they do this, you ask? I don't own a credit card. Yup, that's it. The audacity I have of not owning a credit card, right? Let this sink in. Avis let a visiting couple from out of country go LITERALLY STRANDED without a vehicle because they don't own a credit card to provide on an already reserved rental.Avis sure didn't have a problem not telling me this before taking my money. They sure didn't ask for a credit card when I was making the actual payment. Debit was just fine then. But get into the physical location, and suddenly you need a credit card specifically, despite being paid in full. You'd think this was the end of the bad experience right? Nope. I then called corporate to get a refund, was told 3-5 business days to see the refund in my account, and waited 2 full weeks before having to call AGAIN and ask where the hell my refund is. Guy said he would forward the case to a supervisor and I'd receive a call back within 48 hours about my issue. Never received a single call, I did see the refund about another week later. I can provide proof for all of this if asked. As far as I'm concerned, Avis as a company is dead to me. There is only one way I would ever consider using Avis in the future, and that is if they paid for the ~$300 USD Uber bills we were forced to accrue as a direct result of their actions. However, I can't say I have high hopes for a company to make things right, when they can't even make things work as intended.

Do not rent from Avis. PERIOD. Had the worst experience. Rented from them as they were open on Victoria day. Tried calling them for more than an hour for a pickup from my home. I live within 5 km btw. Nobody had the courtesy to pick up the phone. Called their customer service who tried to blame me for not checking an option for home pick up, which does not exist. Asked them to cancel and they said it would cost me $150. Just go to Enterprise or Discount down the road. They treat you better and are much more customer friendly. Not only will I never rent fromAvis or Budget again, I will tell all my friends and family never to as well. Am still fuming.

I got ripped off. Employees were rude and intimidating. I'm contact Doug Ford, because they price gouged me. Worst experience ever. I will be contacting the district manager. And also pushed us out with when nothing was felt with and left us standing there saying we will get locked in.
