n	nola charlton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the rental online,chose this company for the price which was considerably cheaper than others. The agreement was for unlimited mileage for a Kia Rio. When we arrived to pick it up for the week the agent said 1400 kms, once we showed him our agreement copy he changed it to 4000 kms. We didn't argue as we knew we'd never put on that much. When he pulled the car up it was a surprise as they had upgraded us to a Chrysler 300 for no charge. When we returned the vehicle all went well and the young owner drove us to our hotel and stopped at the lcbo for us. Great service all around,highly recommend.

I have had a couple of brutal experiences with wait times etc. I was rewarded for taking a chance with SurPrice. Need to do a bit of walking to find remote pick up location at airport, they provide instructions but just get to the Sheraton Hotel train is all you need to know. After arriving at pick up location shuttle came within minutes after calling. Short drive to remote location to office. No line up at arrival, was on my way within 15 minutes with a better car than I had reserved. Harry from SurPrice was professional, friendly and fair. Would recommend. Pro tip... plan on saying no to additional insurance? Bring a copy of your proof of insurance with you to save a hassle declining.

He made sure we had a car with GPS, which ended up being extremely helpful when an entire road was blocked off for an accident and we had to wind through several neighbourhoods to get to our destination. Upon learning more about our travel plans, he upgraded our mileage to unlimited and bundled it with the GPS for a great price. Really, a pleasure to rent a car from. The car was very modern and clean and Atif was very personable and helpful. Will certainly rent from them again.

They usually pick you up from Viscount Station parking lot in YYZ and then they drop you off at your terminal from the car rental place during the day of your flight. Absolutely loved their service and would recommend to anyone.
A	Adil Ali Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their service, I was supposed to get a smaller sedan car, but it was not available when I reached their office, so they gave me bigger car which I had to return later to get the smaller one, which was the only negative thing about the place. The cars were clean and new. Their price was excellent, they held a $500 charge which they return in couple of days. They picked my call up every time I had a question. I was not charged anything extra. Make sure to have your own insurance for quick in and out service. I would recommend to everyone.

The check-in was fast and efficient and the gentleman who helped me was super nice, I ended up with a 2022 Toyota Corolla. I found it to be price efficient, had good customer service and the vehicle had low mileage. I'll deff be booking through surprise car rentals. Thank you!
