A	Andrew S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More like 2.5, but that wasn't an option. Went here on a date and the food was good, at fair prices. Shaun is a great waiter, very personable. However this rating stems from the front reception. Upon entry, we walked towards the front desk waiting for a table, and the woman behind the counter was talking on the phone and didn't even acknowledge us being there. Didn't even give us a look, no eye contact. Not even a "wait one second," with a finger gesture. Nothing. Completely ignored like we didnt exist, until a minute or two later another waitress came to greet us and show us a table. My complaint here is that this is a service industry. If you don't like your job then find something that suites you. Management should definitely look into their screening process for hiring a bit more thoroughly. We all have bad days, I get it, but it's part of your job making people feel welcomed.
P	Princess M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am reviewing after having an amazing experience on Friday night My husband and I were sitting in the lounge when we saw a smiley, bubbly, familiar face walk by. Coincidentally, she asked us how we are doing, she could get us anything. We asked for two more drinks. After a short conversation with the bartender, who was running around at the time, we watched her punch in the order and swiftly brought it to us. At that time, I had decided to ask her for her name. She told us, and we began an extremely genuine and sweet conversation, customer service that you just do not get anymore ever and conversation just like before cellphones. We watched her float around and clear plates and make just tons of people smile from ear to ear. Very charismatic young lady who was extremely knowledgeable about drinks (Recommended the Bellini, the blue margarita) and about menu items after listening to our personal tastes. Both my husband and I got what she ordered, and we absolutely loved it. Kayla, thank you for making our dining experience so much fun, and thank you for taking the time to follow through on great customer service from beginning to end, we hope to see you soon!! Moving on, the food was amazing as always. Staff is exceptional. Phenomenal atmosphere. You never feel like your at a chain restaurant at the Richmond Hill Location. To a job well done, every night, guys!

They have a nice patio set up & even though it’s getting cooler it’s still nice to see people still using it. Perhaps they will put out heaters so people can still use it, European style. We sat in the bar area & our waitress was excellent & very personable! We had the apple & rhubarb cobbler and the cheesecake they were to die for. We noticed the food served looks very delicious and is presented very creatively. Sorry didn’t get pictures of our dishes. The music was perfect & everyone was relaxed and enjoying their so needed times out as we observed. You can tell the staff are very hard working & are making this location work well for its customers. We will definitely return.

Came back for a visit first time since Covid and enjoyed a nice lunch at the patio with ☀️ on a Saturday. The food was still as good as I remembered (with some price inflation but it is expected I guess). Due to the location, the patio is facing the high tech road with some traffic so not ideal for quiet conversations. The service was fast and server was tentative. We ordered two appetizers and a salad entry along with two drinks. Not the largest portion but still ok. I always prefer quality over quantity.
