L	Lester Leonida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if all silver city cinemas are like this but this place is only cleaning the cinema like it only needs to grab some garbage. It's hard to watch a movie while you're surrounded by garbage. Maybe they sanitize each row but they need to clean all the visible trash inside the cinema like those small crumbs of popcorn

I couldn't make a movie that I bought a ticket for on Saturday, April 16, 2022, because of a family emergency. I went to the theater today to get an exchange so I could see the movie since I was off. The front attendant told me I could get my ticket exchanged. The manager comes over to issue me the refund. I explain the situation and he flat out refuses to do the refund, saying too much time had elapsed since I bought the ticket (a whole two days). Is this how Cineplex treats their long-time, loyal customers? I had a family emergency to tend to and still wanted to give them my business today, but they don't want to help a situation that's out of my hands?? I highly suggest staying away from here if you value your money. Imagine Cinema just up to the road had better customer service and was glad to take my money.
L	Liam Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building of this SilverCity is huge and very nice to visit. The seats are extremely comfortable and the surround sound is amazing. The staff can sometimes be rude and unresponsive. It seems like they don't want to be there. But movie experience is 10/10!

Has basic fast food options, ample parking space and self serve ticket counters. I come from a developing country and would say my experience of cinema there was far better- more spacious and comfy seats, better Dolby surround sound and more seating options.

F	Frederick Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8Aug2021 Came here for a show at 12:30pm. It is like a ghost town. Maybe is too early? It is dead even at 3:00pm when we leave. You can select your own seat when you purchase your tickets online. After you select your seat(s)., All the seats around you become unavailable. This is a very nice feature for social distancing. They check your tickets when you enter the front entrance, if you haven't purchase your tickets yet, they will direct you to the counter. They have hand sanitizer dispenser but the one I try to use is empty. Overall I felt safe because is not crowded.

The cinema here was clean and they followed the social distancing guidelines carefully. There were empty rows and seats to keep a good distance between each other. We were happy that they played Chinese movie here. We enjoyed the new Chinese movie “Raging Fire” very much.
