Y	York Region Transit Fan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean washrooms, niece heaters but the seats inside the terminal building drives me nuts. Viva purple comes here every 15 mins and with real time arrival tv there, it is better than home. In that terminal, idk what they are building there but they said I think they might build a place where they sell drinks and snacks, it would be great if they builded that. The only improvement needed is the seating area inside the terminal building, it is very "slidy" which is uncomfortable for some people like seniors. In conclusion, this terminal was built in 2005 and the public washrooms were built around 2012, it is a very clean and nice terminal, but the seats inside needs improvement.
B	Bek M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Built several years ago, renovated a handful of years ago, and.. NO kiosk to load presto. Really?! There was one on the GO side of that station, but that was out of order. Which would be irrelevant since that's GO transit....except that means there is nothing available. How can Viva/YRT decide that a Terminal Station doesn't need to have a kiosk to LOAD FUNDS onto a pesto card? How can they reasonably expect people to pay.... Luckily I was fine, had just enough for my trip and will load my presto once I get back onto TTC soil. All this and there were fare inspectors there. Make it possible for people to pay before you punish them for not doing it.

k	kyle Ab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This library is very noisy, disorganized, and crowded. People constantly talk and eat. Surprisingly, nobody remind them where they are and how to behave. Despite growing number of library users, the only action has taken place is adding more chairs. I live just 5 minutes far from this library, but I prefer to drive 20 minutes get to Vaughan or Aurora library to enjoy their quite and comfortable place.

Even tough the chairs could use some improvements and increase in quality and quantity (theres too few and its metal so when its cold its unusable), I am FOR SURE giving it 5 star. Amazingly well organized. All the buses and the time they come, which is accurate most times. Super organized and easy to find your suitable bus!
