We flew down from Winnipeg to buy a truck and were not disappointed when we found Paramount. Its probably the nicest used vehicle dealer I've ever seen. The trucks are impeccably detailed, they fix EVERYTHING on them before selling. From new nuts and bolts to super chargers and tires. The pride of ownership here is unreal. They also went out of their way to supply us with a vehicle while we waited since we were from out of town. I would give 10/10 if google would allow it. We will likely fly down and get our next truck from them. Good job, Paramount!
E	Evgeny Gnetnev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was online purchase and I didn't have great experience with them. Sales person was Zenon Mamalyga that promised me 90 days warranty or 5000kms. It was advertised as near perfect condition(they spray painted all over the rust, after first pressure wash it does't look new any more ) but it arrived to Alberta with coolant leak and air was leaking also rear axle seals were leaking. I paid $300 to diagnose these issues to the local Freightliner dealer and contacted Paramount to resolve the issue. Instead of getting it fixed in my home town, they told me to take it to Calgary (200 kms away) to Hino dealership(I bought a Freightliner). At Hino they told me to leave the truck for few days so I had to get a rental vehicle to get back home(that is another expense) When picked up from Hino on the way back noticed air leak but not as bad as before but still noticeable and coolant leak again. Phoned Hino and asked them why they didn't fix it, answer was that we did what paramount told us. Then Robert Bartlett general manager got involved, he started to blame Freightliner dealership for misdiagnose. So I decided not to wait for their next decision because I needed the truck on the road and got it fixed at Freightliner, bill was around $750. So they still owe me around $1000 . If I don't hear from them soon I will have to escalate this issue. Hope they stand behind their products and treat customers with respect.

We're in Winnipeg so all dealings are long distance which can always lead to some complications. I have never had one issue and highly recommend them. I also find their prices to be fair. You pay low prices you get garbage you pay fair prices you get good trucks.

Needless to say when the temperature was warm enough to turn on the reefer it didn't work properly. I had it inspected by a licensed tech on May 22, 2021 and it was determined that the compressor was failing. I emailed Paramount and Robert Bartlett agreed to pay $1400.00 of the $2500.00 estimate. The work was completed in early June 2021 and I I have forwarded all the invoices and email visa receipts as requested by Robert. It' is now August 1st, 2021 and I still haven't received the $1400.00 that Robert Bartlett agreed to. I emailed Robert on July 15, 2021 to check on this and He as not responded. If he thinks ignoring will solve the problem, well He should think again cause I ain't going away till I'm PAID. Just to reply to Robert Bartlett response about the brake: They let me leave and drive from Richmond Hill to Ottawa with a Heavy Truck that brake lining and rotors failed to the point of being metal on metal. They are lucky I didn't go to MTO with this.
