Went here to get something fixed on my lease car and Venessa was beyond helpful. Very patient, very helpful, very informative, amazing customer service and amazing attitude. Woule 100% recommend this dealership over any other Toyota dealership.

We just bought a 2022 Corolla and were very impressed with the service at Richmond Hill Toyota. Ashraf was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and unhesitatingly answered all the questions we had. Great car and great experience. I highly recommend Ashraf and Richmond Hill Toyota!

From buying my first Toyota, to getting it serviced this place has been great! It's a busy spot! but worth it. Management here has compiled a great team. I've called other Toyota dealers about quotes and service that are closer to me and it is not even comparable with how you are treated and dealt with. Highly recommend this spot.

Both my husband and I bought our first Toyota from Richmond Hill. Our sales rep was Michael Zonni and he was absolutely amazing! He was attentive to detail and prompt to answer our questions. He helped us find both our vehicles during this time of low stock during production. I found the Camry I wanted in their showroom and my husband got his CHR straight from Texas and the interior is better than expected. Michael also made the transaction smooth and assisted with insurance docs. They installed tinting for both vehicles and winter tire packages were reasonably priced. We’re both very happy with their customer service and the service department is courteous and efficient. I recommend anyone to give this dealership a visit for service above and beyond!

I had an excellent experience at Richmond Hill Toyota while buying my 2022 Highlander, Ashraf Zohni, the Sales Executive was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with all questions & details about the car. In the current market scenario of global new car shortage, he promptly helped me and my family secure our new car. This was a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to all. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future.

Refusal to give back a $1000 deposit fee $$$ to a family member of mine on a vehicle purchase agreement. He backed out, the sales team was both pushy and slimey. Had no confidence in this establishment. Sale was signed, but it does not matter. The car was taken off listings for 3 days, was not cleaned/detailed or given any services prior to receiving the vehicle. The only accountable loss this dealer would have any argument against is that the vehicle was off of listings for a few days. Funny considering this vehicle has been listed and held at this establishment for quite some time. I wonder why. As someone professionally employed in the dealership industry (Honda/Acura), what this company has pulled on my foreign english-secondary speaking family member is absolutely disgusting. Under no circumstances can the deposit be refused on refund regardless of if the purchasers agreement has been cancelled or backed out on. I don't see where they can claim any lost revenue as the vehicle did not leave the show room, he was not even offered a test drive, nor was the vehicle professionally taken care of between the time he placed his deposit, and cancelled his order. Vehicle in question is the $40,000 FJ Crusier they have for sale. If you are a new customer visiting this dealership for this reason to see this car, I advise against it. Their "quality 5star" rustproofing job they claimed their techs performed was subpar and inadequate. This car is rotting from the underside, and their techs quite literally just applied fluid film without removing any of the existing rot. You can see if bubbling through. They couldn't even fully cover the undercarriage, it was a 5 minute job hoping to prey and make a quick sale on someone elses misfortune. The dealership I work for has seen cars held for 2 weeks, sometimes months, with THEN the buyer backing out last minute. This is after the car had received countless hours of labor & logistics to get it ready for sale. What happens here? The client signed. They still get their deposit back wherever applicable as is the law in this gracious country & province we live in. Bruce, team, crew. I am extremely disappointed. Until this point, I've only had excellent experience dealing with Toyota Dealerships, may it be New Roads in Newmarket, or Aurora Toyota here in my home town. I feel offended, and I'm not even the one who is affected here. I've recorded my phone call to the dealer, I have on file an associate of yours agreeing that the deposit should & would have been refunded under any circumstance as well.. In the meantime, I have absolutely zero intention of altering or removing this 1 star google review until this situation gets resolved. OMVIC has received the formal complaint and this will escalate and carry on until then. To you commonfolk looking to purchase a nice Toyota, please continue to do so. But consider going to another dealership that does not practice such exercises in preying on the uninformed & non-English primary speakers.

This dealership certified my private sale 2010 truck and pointed out many pros and cons for service and certification. They treated me in a true first rate manner which I have NOT experienced at all dealerships before. This is the best service department I have ever dealt with and I recommend them in the highest possible way to anyone driving a Toyota. Their service manager, Brad Scherer, goes well beyond the "extra mile" in both knowledge and reliability!
