★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys did a fantastic job fixing my flat tire. Same day service, only took an hour or two. They matched my existing tires and had very reasonable pricing. Showed me where the leak was in my existing tire and explained everything up front. I'd gladly come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here in November to get my winter tires on, then came back in April to summer tire. Because of covid 19 I waited in my car. They couldn't get 2 tires off and then proceed to take a plastic or rubber sledge and hit the tire as hard as they could to get it off. My car now pulls hard to the right really bad, sad thing is I actually just had new lower tie rods installed on both sides and my car finally drove straight as an arrow untill I brought it here. It's my fault for letting a bunch of kids work on it. If you take any pride or even remotely like your car don't come here. I even asked him while he was wailing on my car if there are any damages will you cover it, looks me in the eyes and says no lol. I thought changing tires was simple??

I have always been there since then for any tire issue. Really good tire services!! Administration staff’s two dogs are very cute. You will love them too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always quick and great service from Richmond Hill Tire. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 3 times this year alone I’ve had a nail in my tire and each time they’ve repaired my tire problem with excellent quality service. Money well spent. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them at 11am and needed tires changed for a road trip. They took the time to go over my options for my tires as inventory is scarce due to late deliveries form manufacturers. I was able to bring my car in at 1pm and it was ready earlier than expected that very same day. Friendly and following COVID protocols. Thank you!

After seemingly always being taken advantage of from the vw dealership, I can always take comfort in knowing that the staff at Richmond Hill Tire will do what they need to at an affordable cost and with incomparable expertise. I would highly recommend!
