★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge me 120 for 80 $ Uber drive , dispatch told me they accept visa , when driver picked up my mom they wanna cash telling my mom he will drive her to bank , man had no ac on cheep driver , stick with Uber way better !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a terrible experience with this company. Requested a cab to 10720 yonge, the police community centre or whatever it's called (I live in alberta) and the cab didn't show so I called. Transferred to driver who kind of flipped on me angry that I told him the police hq and not the complaints center (he was waiting at the wrong address). I asked him, "why didn't you just come to the address I gave you" and again he interrupted me saying "no YOU told em the wrong place." I told him to forget about it and hung up. I was having an awful day already and didn't need this incredible rudeness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the day before for a 5am taxi to take me to Union station , driver never showed , ended up calling Unique taxi and driver was at my house in 5 min . Horrible service , want to support taxis , but think I’ll stick to Uber.
