The bus we had held up to 20 people, so spacious and so clean! Our driver we got that day was amazing, and went beyond anything we would have expected. Thank you to L.A. Limos for this wonderful experience on our wedding day. I recommend L.A. Limos to anyone for any occasion!

I just got married recently I am really disappointed with their service and rudeness !!! They scammed my wife into getting their VIP GRAND LUXURY COACH and she decided to go with it so we wouldn't take any chances on our wedding day and guess what ?!!! THE BUS WAS GARBAGE. The washroom stunk like there's no tomorrow. The door of the washroom kept opening up every time and smacked one of the groomsmen !!! Worst of all the bus's speaker kept blowing up every time we tried putting the volume up (we didn't even get to 60% of the total volume bar). Now all this is still okay by me but when my wife calls she gets disrespected (BY SOMEBODY CALLED ROSS) and i can hear him shout on the phone telling her that we didnt have somebody to back up the bus? funny thing is all the groomsmen including myself work in construction and we back up trucks almost everyday. We backed him up and I tipped him a 100$ as the driver had nothing to do with this crappy company. After that I realized he went around my father in law and asked for a tip again? boy thats not a tip anymore thats a salary. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY...NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMIES. I spent 10's of thousands on this wedding and I had almost 15-20 vendors and these guys are the only ones that dropped the ball. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND I HOPE THEY DON'T MAKE A DIME AFTER THIS. I WOULD SAY GO TO HELL TOO BUT EVEN HELL IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU.

We exchanged emails on a booking. When we went to book he said that they needed to reprice as he did not realize how far we were going and that he would call back. When we did not hear from him we called back and he said the unit was booked. What kind of customer service is that....... If you have no other options give them a shout. As the saga continues here is what I got as a followup to my review. I know that this will not really affect their business but it feels good to share publicly the poor business practises. Extracted from their email: As previously stated this would never have happened if you gave the proper details with your original request. I did not make any mistakes on my quote . I had to re-price this event ONLY when I was accurately provided the proper details of the destinations. "We exchanged emails on a booking. I kindly asked her to give me a return call in the AM so we can finalize the booking, and she did not. If you write a review, it would be nice to give true and complete details of the situation. My company replies too an average of 55 emails just in the morning for price quotes sent over the internet, and we always take time to read each and every request to ensure that we always give an accurate and competitive quote with the best quality vehicles on the market. We build our clientele base on the respect we give them, and the outmost professionalism that we do provide. Yes, you are the customer and I am hear to service you the best I can with what information I have been given by my customers.

I used LA Limo for my wedding in Feb 2012. The experience was terrible. Here is a list of problems I had that day: >Limo driver was late for pick-up. >Limo driver did not bring a step for bridal party to enter the limo. This was a concern for the bride’s maids and bride when entering the limo. Limo driver used the excuse that he was not responsible for that. All the bride’s maids had to be lifted into the limo. >The limo driver decided to enter a small parking lot with the Ford F-650 but could not manoeuvre the limo. Ushers had to guide limo driver so he wouldn't hit any cars. >When driving down town Toronto, the limo driver hit a concrete barrier. >Limo driver was very inexperienced and had no personal skills. >The actual limo drove very poor. Every bump the Ford F-650 went over the widows rattled and the suspension was completely worn. The radio didn't work. This was a typical poorly maintained limo where the owners are only trying to make money without maintaining their product. >When I was on my honey moon, relatives in my family phoned to complain about the limo. The owners of the company had the nerve to defend their position and argued with my relatives. I called them on multiple occasions to discuss what occurred but they did not return my phone calls and were avoiding me. Lastly, I sent an email asking for an apology as they were very poorly mannered when talking to my relatives. To date, they still have not said sorry. Please do not make the same mistake. Do not use this company.

Hi I used L.A limousine service a few times before because got highly recommended from a friend of mine and always amazing I want to mention that I had a party booked for this weekend and it got canceled because of covid ! Even though there is no refunds on the contract they gave me a full refund and wished me marry Christmas! We need more businesses like that !

Bad experience ,took my money without providing a service. Took my deposit and said he wouldn't honor it . Covid or not ,you either have ethics or don't. I have a buisness and I don't get paid unless I complete some type of work. Must be nice...Thanks Tony for making something that should be easy difficult.

Absolutely horrible experience with LA Limousine. We originally booked the limousine services with Tony, the owner, at a bridal show in January 2020. They had a brand new bus in their fleet and we liked the look of it. Price was also reasonable with the deals offered at the bridal show, so we decided to book. We paid a deposit on the spot. In comes the pandemic. Everything was shut down and Tony was not able to provide any services to us, by law, for our original May 2020 date. We contacted Tony to rebook and his original response to us for a couple of new dates that we had provided as options was that the price would almost double in order for us to be able to rebook. We were very upset with this as we felt it was very unfair given the situation, so we did not agree and requested a refund for our deposit that we had paid only a few months prior. He refused to refund us. We were not able to come to an agreement at this point. Fast forward to 2022, when we now have a finalized date coming up for the amount of guests we had been wanting to host. We contacted Tony to try to come to an agreement and transfer our deposit to the new date. Yet again, he told us our original contract was canceled and accused us of not having rebooked earlier (keep in mind we had contacted him and he refused to refund our money or provide a mutually agreed upon resolution). He said he would not do anything about our deposit and that it’s lost since it’s β€œnow been two years”. Tony has since kept our deposit, and has not provided any services to us whatsoever nor has he offered any reasonable solutions. I honestly feel like Tony has taken advantage of an unfortunate situation and has been nothing but arrogant and deceitful in his business practices during our dealings. I would not recommend this company to anybody looking for good, honest customer service practices. If I could rate our experience with 0 stars I would.

Hired LA Limousines for my wedding a month ago. Overall, a good experience. Booking was easy, limo was clean and beautiful and the driver was attentive. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was being asked by the driver for an additional tip (i had already tipped him) since they normally require "20% of the total contract price".
