We purchased a new house from Treasure Hill last year. We got some issues covered by Tarion Warranty to be fixed over the first year. The customer service team has been doing great jobs, including scheduling and trade works. Eva, Tom, Chris, Tony, Doug are onsite customer service guys who lead crew to fix things from time to time, and do their jobs professionally. I do want to mention Tom. He is very professional and listens to us carefully, and understands what we needed. He took the time to go over each item and get outstanding items resolved. Thank you so much Tom!

Meet Treasure Hill rep Tom for the first time to go thru the Tarion first 30days claim of deficiencies, of my new hone in Geogina Hright, which are in a long list. Dispite our dis satisfaction overall of the poor quality of the interior/exterior, Tom gave us the assurance that all claims will be taken care of. We are satisfied with the positive response, however we still have to see the follow up actions to be taken as promised in a couple of weeks time.

I bought my first newly built home from Treasure Hill. Although I’m not too pleased with the quality of home that I received upon closing, their service centre and Handyman made all the difference. During the pandemic they have done everything they can to accommodate our repairs in our new home. Tom is an incredible professional and is always ready to help, offer advice and expert guidance. We have worked with several different members of the team from the business office to the trades members who have delivered great results each time and offered solutions beyond warranty.

I can say this was the most amazing home purchasing experience we have had. I’m so grateful I found Treasure Hill Homes. They were professional, kind, caring people. We have moved to our new home for two months. We contacted the builder customer service regarding issues of our house. Tom was sent to us for us to point out some problems of the house. Tom was great he answered all of our questions, wrote down the problems we are facing and will have someone fix it soon. He even pointed out some problems of the house that we didn’t even noticed it. If it wasn’t for that we would of continue living with it without even noticing. Anytime when we have a problem to address he will come to our door the next morning. He’s such a great guy and follows up with everything. Highly recommended. Thank you Tom!

I'm a new homeowner and I just moved into my brand new build by Treasure Hill during the summer and I'm beyond satisfied with not only my beautiful home but the service I received after the purchase. After my 30 day Tarion period was submitted, Tom was sent out to my home in less than 2 weeks to come and do the inspection. He was very professional with his work and even pointed out a couple things that I myself didn't even notice. He made sure that every little thing that was out of place or not done to its best quality was fixed and done perfectly. After his inspection literally the next day there was contractors at my home already starting to work on the to-do-list. Amazing service and amazing guy!!! Thank you so much Tom I really appreciated all your help!!! I highly and most definitely recommend Treasure Hill Homes if your looking to purchase your very first home or even purchase a second home/ investment property. Quality over Quantity and that's exactly what they deliver.

Absolutely no regrets ? THE GOOD: I bought a home in the Georgina Heights Community in Keswick, Ontario and I have absolutely no regrets, as I couldn’t be any happier! My home is well built, the layout is gorgeous, and the materials used (i.e. drywall, floors, banisters, doors, windows) throughout my home are top notch. The Design Studio team made the whole designing experience a lot of fun and not overwhelming, and were responsive to changes I wanted to make to my home throughout the building period. The on-site staff - such as the inspectors, site supervisor, and handymans - were fantastic at responding to any issues I had with my home. Customer Service were responsive to my concerns and ensured to schedule repairs to any issues I had in my home. Despite COVID, the builder delivered my home on-time and has been fairly responsive to addressing any concerns I had. Overall, should I decided to move, I would 100% purchase another home from Treasure Hill. Big shout out to Mauricio (Customer Service), Tom (Site Supervisor), Howard (Design Studio), Illana (Design Studio), the guys at the construction site office, and the Customer Service Manager. THE NOT SO GOOD: There were a handful of major errors the builder had to correct after I moved in. Although the builder was provided with the specifications to my kitchen a year in advanced to my closing date, it took from the July 15, 2021 to near the end of October 2021 for the errors to be complete. For the first month I couldn’t use my stove! It also took a few months to have the bathroom mirrors installed as well. I can understand that mistakes happen, but what made the experience frustrating was poor communication and coordination from the builder, and at times not so good customer service. I had contractors calling my cell phone to question me on the repairs (which they weren’t supposed to, they should have only been calling me to arrange a date to make the repair), I had to constantly prove that I paid for certain upgrades that were not completed, and I had to continually email/call customer service for updates on my home repairs. From my standpoint, it seemed the builder didn't have a good system/process in place to track major issues reported by the homeowner and ensuring those issues are followed-up in a timely manner. I purposely wrote detailed emails to capture the issues with my home and I had to consistently follow-up with the builder to ensure those issues were being looked in to. If the builder can fix this pain point, I'd give them five stars.

Not a good experience. Do not upgrade anything with the builder. Their workmanship is so poor and it’s not worth your money. They respond quickly and send ppl right away but the the issues never get resolved right away. It takes numerous visits to resolve one thing. I’ve moved in 5 months ago and we haven’t even started the list on PDI report. I just can’t get these out of my way. It’s really tiring and time consuming. -Update: Till this date, after 10 months I moved in, my tiles still haven't been touched. I wish I could take this to small claims court to get my money back for upgraded tiles. I am going to look into it. I really didn't want to post the pictures here because I know it will drive a lot of people away but at this point, I am going to do it. It is jaw dropping how poorly it was done. Did they get a mailman to do the job because they were so short? It is a nightmare going through this process. these are just a few.
