★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of material as well as workmanship i ever seen for any builder. After moving noted lots of items to be repaired or installed. Within one month during opening the entrance door the knob separated from the door , found defects in washroom tile fixing, bonding glue wore out expose joints at corners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor construction build! We bought and paid for gas line rough in but nothing on the location(kitchen) for gas range or stove. Slow response and completely disaster experience! I hope you understand why I’m writing this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever!!! Save your money and invest in another builder. Poor quality and workmanship. Very poor customer service . Moved in over a month and still waiting for things to be fixed in the house. We were given our new home in poor quality and all they have to say is put it on 30 day tarion. We have bought homes with other builders and so far this is the WORST builder experience we have ever dealt with. Do not invest with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the new townhouses the are building, dual entrance and double garages. For a townhouse! Who ever heard of that. The exteriors are also nice neutrals, modern. No more red and pink bricks. Not much against them, I am just tired of seeing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Former employee. This place was a great place to work. The job site was friendly and the supervisors were very personable. The quality of the homes were pretty good. Standard issues that come with a new construction housing. I enjoyed working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE!!!!! WORST BUILDER EVER!!!! This is a lazy builder and all they care about is getting your money. Their clients are not their priority. Poor quality and always an issue with their paperwork at head office. Clients at cityside Stouffville are still waiting for paperwork and “grading” to be completed while all other builders and completed and moved on! They refuse to proceed with grading and have told their clients nothing can be done for another year (MOVE IN DATE WAS MAR 2021). Just a horrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality build. Overpriced. Everything is the lowest quality and poorly put together in haste. They are supposed to be picking up garbage, but haven't in over a month now. They will not return my calls. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the money paid. Go with another builder.
